So far I'm not too impressed with MadVapes' juice. Am I alone?

I just got my second order from them. I tried them out when I first started vaping and then found Mt. Baker Vapor and have been with them since. I got an email from madvapes saying that they have a new flavor that tastes like the Hurricane drink. I vaped it today and remembered that they seem to have a particular taste to all of them that I have tried. I can taste the flavor at the beginning of the puff but then get that same (to me, harsh) taste. I've tried different steeping times but that flavor is always there.
