To be selling their juice at $1.00 a mL...

The shipping seems to be a tad bit inflated as they charge 1-2 more dollars than most of my other usual vendors, must be a handling fee, for handling the best juice on Earth?

What's the consensus on these guys, folks? Is it worth the inflated shipping costs and high pricing? I am thinking of giving the Tribecca and Tiki a go, but the prices have me closing the page before making the order. It HAS to be great stuff, right?

Positive things are all I can say about Halo. As my signature implies, Halo TruePure is my all day everyday. I got a sample of Malibu with an order, and I absolutely love it. Others that I like are Tribeca, Coolmist & Menthol Ice. I have not tried all of them, but IMO, Halo puts out the cleanest tasting e-juice that I have tried. There is no perfumy aftertaste or no other foul aftertaste. The flavors are detectable. There are juices that are cheaper and juices that cost more, but none have come close to Halo.

What other vendors have you tried?

$23.19 for 30ml (and that DIDN'T include a 10% coupon code) only works out to $0.77 a ml, shipping included (regular first-class shipping is only $3.20), so if you're ordering in larger quantities and not using priority mail then it isn't as expensive. Yes, it is pricier than the Chinese stuff, and even some U.S. made juices.

Taste being subjective, there are a lot of loyal Halo vapers willing to pay the price for Halo's juices, vapers who swear by them.

I like some other juices besides Halo as well, but I do like several Halo flavor's A LOT. Halo's flavors are very unique. They don't use regularly available pre-made candy flavorings and free-ware recipes like other sites do, their CHEMIST uses raw materials to make their flavors from the ground up.

Each bottle also has a lot number and 'best by' date printed on it.

I would definitely say that Halo's juices are "top notch". They aren't completely colorless, but they don't have a lot of the unnecessary coloring that a lot of the less expensive juices have, probably because they aren't using store bought candy flavorings.

I really enjoy Menthol Ice, Torque 56, and Tribeca, and don't mind paying their price for them.

I haven't tried Tiki or Malibu Menthol yet, but I really want to.

I think their ECFTEN coupon code for 10% off juices might have expired, or not, or their might be a new coupon code.

Also, shipping for orders over $75 is free.

I didn't find their shipping prices to be unreasonable, but until you update the order with your state and zip code, the total will reflect the taxes owed as if you were purchasing from in state, that might be why you are seeing the extra couple of dollars, putting in that info for a shipping quote will lower the total. Unless of course, you live in New Jersey, then you will have to pay the tax.

Their sampler pack offers a somewhat less expensive way (per ml) to try their flavors compared to buying individual 5ml bottles, unfortunately it only includes their 7 original flavors, and not the 3 new ones. You might try emailing Johnny Blaze and asking him if he would substitute the newer flavors for some of the other ones in a sampler pack. He was willing to make a substitution for me when I bought a couple starter kits from him.

I most likely will never even try Halo because all of their flavors or at least practically all of them are tobaccos. I like a nice tobacco now and then but DFWVapor Cowboy Killer, and Bluemist RY4 suit my tobacco need well enough. I prefer other types of flavor (which type varies).

They have 3 menthols, 4 if you count the new one. I can't remember if Tiki is supposed to be a tobacco or not, I think it is. I've tried all but two of their flavors, and really only one of the them (Bella Valente) tastes like tobacco. The ARE classified as "tobacco" flavors, most of them, but to me they don't really taste like tobacco. They have a very distinctive flavor, which is not like any you will find anywhere else.

I agree though, they need to have more variety, which they are working towards having introduced 3 new flavors recently.

The thing with Halo is that they can't just crank out a new flavor everyday like the other vendors. They can't just purchase an new candy flavoring and stir it into some juice and put it up on their site. They are unique, they research the chemicals that go into making the flavors, and then run them past a test market before adding them to their site permanently. The other sites don't put that kind of planning into their products.

Consistency beyond what other sites are able to offer is something you'll get from Halo. When/if BT gets into the ecig game, and when the industry starts to consolidate, Halo will be one of the vendors that survives. Yes, their flavors are proprietary, and not for everyone's tastes, and a bit pricier, but there's a good reason for it, IMO.

I am not a halo junkie or anything but imo, I think it is worth the money, the nicotine base they use somehow taste cleaner or something, I bought most of the flavors before they expanded them and I liked them all but my wife absolutely hated and I mean hated them, she even hated the smell of the vapor, she thinks they taste like perfume. So like everybody says, taste is subjective and I would suggest getting the sample pack or pick some up from the classys. Also, sometimes there juice gets a lot better after steeped and I also started to enjoy it the more and more I vaped it. In closing it is worth the money imo, you are leterally paying for quality and there are a lot of vendors out there that actually charge more than these guys especially after you enter the coup code.

+1. I try at least one new vendor a month. Most of it gets PIFfed, but that's how I found BWB Peach & Vixen Vaper's Cinful Mint. I think KBV will be my next try!

Yes indeed, you will never know if you don't. I think thats why I've tried many companies no matter what the reviews. Just to see for myself.

I have to admit, despite my love of Halo, I'm vaping some Mojito from mad vapes (Top Vapor - USA, not Chinese) at the moment. It is considerably cheaper, and I like it as well.

Halo ejuice does need to rest for a couple of days after receiving it, especially if it has gotten cold. Not sure I would say it needs to steep long term, but the flavor does seem to change after some time has passed. It gets a bit better after a while, IMO.

In other words, +1 for what atavanhalen said.

I wondered about that Vermillion River doesn't have a lot of flavors either bt the ones I have tried taste very clean and have plenty of flavor. It occurred to me their flavors have to meet certain criteria before they are released. It also occured to me that Halo might be doing the same thing. I may eventually try one of their menthols. I'm just starting to dabble in the mint flavors.

I have to lay off trying new flavors for bit though.

A. My desk looks like a Pharmacy and B I want to save back to get an echo (actually two)

I for one love the quality of their juices, Bella Valente and Tribeca in particular. It was their Tribeca that ended my search for that elusive All Day Vape.

What I like about Halo is the cleanness of their juices (they don't clog my cartomizers), the packaging (the cobalt blue bottle with the measured dripper) and the depth of flavor (their are prominent flavors and hints and notes of other flavors). I have found that I require this layering of flavors for me to find a juice worthy of vaping. Flat or single profile flavors do not hold my interest.

Is Halo for everyone? No. If you don't like their flavors then no matter how clean the juice or awesome the packaging then they offer no benefit to you. Do I think it is worth the money? Yes. I have hundreds of mL of juices that sit idle. My Halo juices are never idle.

But I do think the cost of Halo juice is indicative of its quality and the effort that went into making it. I highly recommend this vendor and fully believe that if you don't like their juices it is only because they don't fit your taste buds.

You put into words the one thing about Halo flavors that I couldn't. I keep describing them as unique, which doesn't quite do them justice, even a "flat" flavor could be unique if nobody else sells it. Yes, most of the cheaper, candystore juices are flat (which isn't always a bad thing, I like those candystore flavors sometimes).

Sometimes you feel like a slice of homemade apple pie ala mode (Halo), and sometimes you just want a bag of skittles (everybody else).

However, it is because Halo's flavors are very complex, multidimensional, that they are unique.

I've tried a few of the "flat" flavors that are relatively clean, but some are downright dirty when it comes to clogging up atomizers.

I've never tried/heard of Vermillion River, thanks for the heads up. I think Johnson Creek is also similar to Halo, in terms of spending more on development, creating complex, unique flavors, releasing them only after they meet a certain criteria. Theirs are stronger, more tobacco-esque (usually), and though they are good, not what I want to vape all day. They are usually darker too, not as clean as Halo, but I don't think it is for lack of time and money spent on development, I think it might be the concentration of flavors needed to get the smokier tobacco flavors.
