So I broke my Protank....

ITaste SVD rolled off the counter this morning with my Protank on it. All seemed well, mod was firing and changing power so i was stoked! As i was driving around, noticed my tank was a tad crooked, tried to gently straighten it and the threads snapped off the base. Is it press fit in there or is it actually milled that way? I did try to press it back in but it wouldn't fit square. I couldn't seem to find just a base either. Was really hoping that i could get a base sold separately. Anyone else with a similar experience? I have already ordered a replacement.

Ouch sorry to hear that. I only have one tank till my others come in the mail, so I'm scared as heck about that. I sadly have not seen any bases sold separately yet.

May have been me. Was very sad. I have 2 others, but still... 3 was perfect. LOL! I'll grab a few more when I see a good sale somewhere. Mine fell 4 foot onto hard ceramic tile. Ah, well... life goes on.

hmmm the protank isn't really a RBA, but whatever....what do you mean by the threading snapped off at the base?like the part with o-ring around the threading that goes into the glass? or the 510 connection itself?

The 510 connection snapped off the base. I can see the bottom of the head!
