and the officer removes my PV from my mouth throws it on the ground and stomps it before I can even tell him that its a $50 cigarette. Big mess battery is destroyed, the whole thing separated the LED, the switch, and the battery itself are all separate from the casing. My issue is I am leaving on vacation and I need a new one ASAP, who has the fastest shipping that can get me a new device by Wednesday at noon. looking preferably for a 510. but as long as i have something for my vaca i will be ok.

Litecigusa ships same day most of the time.. his 510 is automatic but he has manual VX2 which should be good for you... litecigusa.net

Shawn is great, I bet he can fix you up fast!

They don't like me because i have gotten out of every ticket they have given me for tint violations, and excessive music. So he thought he was going to make me his B**ch and let me know he was in control by stomping out my cigarette and making sure he had my full attention. Plus they don't like it that i am better armed than they are (all permitted and registered weapons). So they know i carry. What I don't understand is why they would do this knowing I have so many friends in high positions in law enforcement ( city, county, and federal) but whatever, I will be on vaca and he will be getting his ... reamed for my multitude of complaints including but not limited to harassment, behavior unbecoming of a peace officer, destruction of private property, and what ever my legal representation can come up with

Well after he realized it wasn't a normal cigarette he started questioning me like i was a drug dealer or something so after the first round of 20 questions I said "I feel like I am being harassed, I need to speak to your supervisor" Then he got really ....... So 20 minutes and another round of the same 20 questions and his supervisor shows up get the story and then i show him my whole "kit" with receipts manuals and everything for all my batteries attys carts juice EVERYTHING then I tell him a want to file a formal complaint..... blah blah blah i have to go to the station file the report.......wait wait wait wait wait wait and then after that wait wait wait wait and eventually before some time in 2031 i may get reimbursement from the city

I'm glad you didn't just roll over and die. Way to hang in there. I hope something happens to them and you get reimbursed.

I was going to call "small peepee syndrome" on the cop.

You had me in your corner right until these:

Seems to me there's more than we are being told.

That really sucks. Considering filing a complaint with that department's Internal Investigations division (different PDs give that kind of division different names). I know this can be hard for a lot of people to believe if they have been on the receiving end of rude (or beyond-rude) treatment by officers -- but there are a lot of PDs that do not want that kind of behavior from their officers and when it happens, they want to know about it. Someone who is wound a bit too tight -- well, it could be a warning-sign that they need to look into. If there is a legitimate complaint about wanton destruction of property, they should take it seriously. (At least I sure hope they would. I'm not in the law-enforcement biz but am related to someone who is, and I'm going by my recollection of his thoughts about this sort of thing.)

It would be one thing if there were probable cause but from what you've written, it does sound like harassment.

[And no offense meant, but I should add: if you yourself were being rude or uncooperative in any way, your complaint might not get very far.]

I am always polite and cooperative. I posted a few reply's ago about why they dislike me

    David Frost who?

How about Morton Downey? He was my favorite semi-talk show host. Red socks and cigarette hanging out of his big mouth?

    But, I disgress.
Did you file a complaint against the cop?

I was driving to the produce market the other day and had some old fart call me an ***hole. I was stopped at a red light making a left, and he was going straight pass. I was hitting my pv. Maybe in his youth he used to use a one-hitter and thought I was doping and driving? The problem is I drive a 4 door Buick Century (old man car) I'm almost 50 and my hair, beard and mustache are pure white. 8-o

Is there an age at which one should stop? I think Willie Nelson may beg to differ - LOL -

But seriously - We can't even seem to get cops slapped on the wrist for using a TASER on 72 year old ladies these days - Cuss through your teeth and move on - They ain't about to pay for your e-cig - :( Look at this - As far as I know the department stood behind the cop and have not even said sorry - What kind of sorry SOB does it take to do something like this? Makes no diffence if she argued and cussed or not she is a 72 year old woman - You mean to tell me that a young fit male cop has to resort to this? - This happened within 15 miles of my home -

YouTube - Dashcam of 72 yr old Grandma being tasered

Because.....I know my rights; a trial for all charges that they have never showed up for the court date, my rights as an American to "bear arms". I don't play the i know people card. They ask me why I am so "comfortable" around them ( not jittery or nervous) and my right to legal representation when I feel I have been treated unjustly or harassed by a peace officer that is supposed to be a role model and serve and protect.

    Yeah I am a real a** hole

Oh and its the same officers that pull me over at least twice a month.

I agree with the above - There seems to be more to this story - Starting with the getting pulled over twice a month part - I don't even remember the last time I've been pulled over - Must be going on 15 years by now - Twice a month by the same guys? Either they just don't like you or you must look like trouble - ;)

There must me a lot more to this story. I can't see getting pulled over and the first thing the cop does is reach in and take something from your mouth?

Please tell us the beginning....cue the music....bad boy, bad boy.....

Whatcha gonna do when they...... me being beaten with an asp baton....come for you!!!

I have loud music and dark tint in a sporty looking car with a loud exhaust. (profiling???) They pull me over search the car find nothing (illegal) and ticket me for noise and tint violations, which I take to court and the officers never show so I get out of every ticket they have ever issued me.
