That would be incorrect interpretation of the text. If it were in fact my only device the post would have read, "My issue is I am leaving on vacation and I need a new one ASAP, because i am a delusional person and i only have this one PV because I actually thought this thing would last for ever, and I would never have a need for a backup.

So, to those of you who have over-analyzed my post READ IT FOR ITS FACE VALUE it states that my device was destroyed and it does not state that it was my only device. If i told you I broke my finger would you assume that I only had one finger to break?

I personally would assume that it is the middle one that you have stuck up.

5. I apologize for some of you thinking that laws are being broken just because a police officer believes they are, but wont back up his claims.

No: the police officer should not have snatched something out of your mouth and stomped on it. That is a violation of the law.
No: You shouldn't have had something hanging out of your mouth when you spoke to the police officer. That is a violation of common sense.

No: You should not have voluntarily showed him everything. You have a right to refuse that. This offers the police officers an opportunity to search you and further violate your rights because you voluntarily gave them up.

Plus they don't like it that i am better armed than they are (all permitted and registered weapons). So they know i carry. What I don't understand is why they would do this knowing I have so many friends in high positions in law enforcement ( city, county, and federal)

No: You sound like you are a fifteen year old with something to prove. Interactions with police officers are not a "whose more bad ..." contest. You have rights and America has laws. Both you and the police must operate within those parameters. Posturing yourself as a "threat" a police officer is both stupid and juvenile.

I am always polite and cooperative.

Yes: Just as everyone should be when interacting with anyone, police officer or not.

Oh and its the same officers that pull me over at least twice a month.

??: You are obviously one they like to pay attention to. There has to be a reason for this... You don't get this (even in a small town) by always being "polite and cooperative."

They pull me over search the car find nothing (illegal) and ticket me for noise and tint violations

No: Why do you let them search your vehicle without probable cause or a warrant?

Ok, so I got bored reading the rest of the thread. My final comment is:

It sounds like you enjoy the conflict and the retelling of the story. Your comments oscillate from "poor, hapless vitcim" to "connected, CC permit bad ...." It's hard to tell where you really stand and all in all, it sounds like you like playing games - with everyone.
