i got a ticket from a customer with a faulty passthough. i replied to the ticket and got the order number. all my items have a 14 day warranty. it has been 24 days so it is out of warranty by ten days. i get a reply bakc after stating that is out of warranty that my customer service is horrible and they will be telling everyone about shoddy customer service an products. my question how is it bad customer service when i replied in a quick manner to his question but wouldnt replace something that is out of warranty? seriously that is why there is a time frame on warranty no issue replacing it in that time frame but almost double the warranty amount of time then telling me how horrible my service???? just had to rant and vent a little :D

Let it slide off your back and continue on with your good customer service !

I second that...it is impossible to please everyone. There will always be that handful of customers that will find fault in everything. You do such great work with your business, that I won't buy hardware any where else. A friend of mine that I referred to you had an issue with a part on his Thermo....you had him back up and running with a new part in just a few days.....now he is sold on you and your business and says he won't buy any where else.

Your service is top notch, thank you for that.
 
Shawn, just ignore it. Those who buy/deal with you know the level of costumer service you provide. If there is a problem with a product after the specified Warranty period then thats not your fault.

Let them come here saying what ever they want. in the end they will be sent packing by the users here.

Sounds like both you and Steve from V4L had "your day in the barrel" today. Sorry to hear it.

Somebody else was having this same problem something about method of payment and the supplier replied to their e-mail only to receive a reply back saying the supplier was rude because of the way they replied.......

There are bad businesses in this world...and there are lots of bad customers. This was a bad customer...so be glad you've gotten rid of him/her early on.

So the jerk will let off steam, but there are so many voices out here that have nothing but raves for your service, Shawn, and our voices will drown out that rat's complaints.

Shawn i have been buying from you for quite some time now. You are a great supplier who really tries to make the customer happy. and you go above and beyond trying to keep prices down plus this new thing you did with teh shipping by using FClass.
Some people are never happy. and because they are miserable they want everyone around them to be same. but not just that. the person should have seen the 14 day warrenty. it is posted so its his loss. thats business. wouldnt worry abpout it. you have a good name all over the forums.

you know i am only kidding. just want to see if we can get you not to worry about some customers. most people are decent. So vent man just vent. Seriously you are one of the nicest suppliers. i mean most are nice but you are too nice sometimes.

im pretty lenient on warranty a day or 2 is cool with me, i just have it at 14 from ordering as usps rarely updates info so there is no good way to know when it was truly recieved. been super busy lately to all who have waited a day for the orders to ship i apologize i will be fully caught up today :D
