i got a ticket from a customer with a faulty passthough. i replied to the ticket and got the order number. all my items have a 14 day warranty. it has been 24 days so it is out of warranty by ten days. i get a reply bakc after stating that is out of warranty that my customer service is horrible and they will be telling everyone about shoddy customer service an products. my question how is it bad customer service when i replied in a quick manner to his question but wouldnt replace something that is out of warranty? seriously that is why there is a time frame on warranty no issue replacing it in that time frame but almost double the warranty amount of time then telling me how horrible my service???? just had to rant and vent a little
