Having recently learned about the e-cig, I decided to shop around a bit for one. I came across the ProSmoke and noticed that it had very good reviews, #1 rated, etc. etc. I decided to buy it. Delivery took longer than expected- about 9 days. I was very excited when it finally came. I followed the instructions to a tee. I was very disappointed... The vapor wasn't bad at first, but it tasted like bad ..... Soon after I couldn't get any vapor at all and the cartridge started leaking. That stuff tastes terrible. I thought it might have been the cartridge so I swapped it out for another... Still leaks. Needless to say, my first experience with an e-cig wasn't exactly pleasurable. I have a TW Tornado starter kit on the way. Hopefully my experience with it is better than with the ProSmoke.

ProSmoke is a joke. All that crap about being #1, longest lasting carts, etc is all crap. Look for the thread about them thats on them right now. All they want is to sell you a product and it seems they are willing to do anything to make that happen.

Dont let that experience get you discouraged though. Most peoples first ecig purchase wasnt a great one(me included), and its all part of the learning experience. I think youll be a lot happier with the Tornado.

I found that Joye-type 510 batteries and cartomizers or tank atomizers (like the TW Tornado) work best for new vapers. You'll be happy with that TW kit and it's a great place to start. It works well as is and you can accessorize quite a lot with different cartridges, atomizers, tanks and cartos as you get more experience and begin to learn what works for you and what you like. Enjoy!

ProSmoke is not a good vendor at all. They claim that PG is harmful only to tout their VG. Sorry you had a bad experience but dont let it turn you off to vaping. There are good vendors out there like Pure Smoker that sell legit product at fair prices. Up on the forum suppliers tab you'll see lots of good people

Unfortunately, lots of the stuff you find by searching the web is ripoff marketeer bs. They excel at peppering the web with references to their products and amazingly every one of them is #1 Rated, Most Popular, Best Buy, w/ testimonials and fake review sites etc bs

If you want something easy and good w/ prefilled and blank cartomizers available look at KR808D-1 models: Vapor4Life aka V4L or SmokelessImage/Bloogplanet/Halocigs G6 w/ manual batteries. Manuals because they are harder to kill with juice leaks and make it easier to get a good hit. These are the strongest slim ecigs. Not as slim as a cig because no decent ecig is slim as a cig. These are about 9.3mm diameter.

Vapor4Life - not rubberized, unregulated 3.7 (4.2 fresh off the charger), custom 10-13 cutoff allows very long drags, manuals still have a hole in the threaded end but it seems sort of sealed inside - not sure how well. I am a fan of the long cutoff because with manuals you press the button is 1-2 seconds early so good vapor is waiting when you start dragging so the 5 second cutoff other KR808D-1 models often cuts off my drag

SmokeslessImage/Bloogplanet/Halocigs G6 - rubberized finish, more colors, manuals are very well sealed, and by using regulated 3.6v (an even 3.6v) they get 40mah additional charge for each size. 5 second cutoff

I use both. I prefer the quality of the cartos of the rubberized models though my 2 main juices were found at V4L. I keep the cartomizers damp with eliquid to avoid singeing and I can get 7 days use out of each cartomizer. I use V4L WOW Juices, juices from the others I mentioned, and PG juices with 10-20% VG from elsewhere.
