Let me first start off by saying i am as newbie as it gets in relation to e cigs.
I am awaiting my first e cig, which is the prosmoke. I thought i did quite a bit of research and found more than a few video reviews, but am now thinking i may of made the mistake that many others have made. I am really interested to find out if anyone on this site has had experience with this unit? And was it a positive or negative exp? Also if anybody knows if it is just another model branded Prosmoke. I actually found one person stating it was a branded m403, but one person is never enough for me to believe. Any assistance in this topic would be greatly appreciated....and i do plan on posting my experiences on here for other newbies like myself.....I was originally almost sold on blu, until i found quite a few bad reviews...but as far as prosmoke, i have not found one single bad review.

I am in the process of returning mine, which was like pulling teeth!

My first PV was from BluCigs.com, which really sucked! The battery life was in the toilet, and the cartridges lasted only a few good hits, then zilch (though, when it worked, the flavors were excellent). I returned the kit for my money back.

Then, I saw the youtube reviews on Prosmoke and the hype on their website and ordered the kit, which I received yesterday. It was terrible! Even when it worked, the vapor has absolutely no flavor. The vapor is extremely inconsistent. Worse than BluCigs! I don't know where those reviews came from... maybe Prosmoke employees or associates?

Anyway, after reading the many, many rave reviews of the Joye product, I ordered a Joye eGo kit, which is on its way. I am hoping that "three is a charm"!

You are going to love the Ego. The Ego or Tornado are the next best thing to a mod imo, and you can't go wrong.

Thanks guys for the input, however my excitement about this product is getting less and less by each response. If my exp is the same as the people in these forums...i am going to make sure to visit every site i saw with a good review and every youtube video and set them all straight. I am guessing that all the videos were made by affiliates of prosmoke. What is really strange though, is that all the videos are comparing them to other e cigs... like blue, and greensmoke. Man this sucks let me know how your return goes Radicaljd please, cause now instead of looking forward to using it, i have to look forward to shipping it back....If anybody else has had success with the prosmoke, speak up please..

Also i believe if this is the case, we should let it be known on this site that Prosmoke is a inferior product, because i did quite a bit of research and even on this site when you type in a prosmoke search it comes up with a you tube video from who is probably an affiliate of the company comparing it with a real cigarette and saying it outperforms blu as well as being the best e cig out. It is too late for me to prevent myself from being ripped off, after shipping and 20% restocking fee, but i can try to make sure i prevent others from sharing the same fate. However i really hope that the few people saying it was crap just got bad units...( i know im grasping, but what the hell).

I received my prosmoke e-cig in the mail yesterday.
I tried it and tried it and didn't work at all. I did different things
as far as putting another cart. on, charging the batt. and all that junk
still nothing.
However, I read in this forum someone said the atom. needed to be
moist..... (nothing in the book about this) so I took my chances and
tried it.... it worked like a charm. However, before my discovery I sent
a "ticket" in on thier website, and their reply to me was more batt. and atoms on the way and they wanted a working product in my hand!!!!
I do believe I have a defective batt since it does keep dying on me.....
but with that type of customer service how can I complain?
I saw the youtube review and that is what convinced me to go with pro...
I also would like to know what model the prosmoke is so I can find parts cheaper and not be limited to prosomke's flavors, seeing there are millions of flavors out there.....
If you find out what model this is post it please........ I'm gonna email them to ask...
Oh, yeah as far as "is it gonna make me quit smokeing" question I was wondering when I was waiting.......
It is like switching brands of cigs..... some you don't like, but it is better than nothing..... and if that is all you got for while you tend to get used it, and like it................. I think it will work but like most things, you have to work at it................

Another problem with the Prosmoke product (they sell it as a positive) is the fact that their cartridges use exclusively VG. I didn't know that there was a difference between VG and PG when I ordered the Prosmoke, but when I did get vapor, it had absolutely no flavor. It is so "smooth," it tastes like nothing, like inhaling steam.

It would have been nice if the Prosmoke website warned buyers that vaping pure VG is drastically different than the more common PG or PG/VG cocktails.

Thanks a bunch dontwannadie. Seeing as your thread was the only one i had with negativity, i am once again excited. Mine should be here tomorrow, and i cant wait to try it. What did you wet the atty with? E juice? I am not going to give up on finding the model either, i have looked at the m403 and it looks pretty damn similar even the kit comes with 1 atomizer and 2 batteries and looks similar, but i have been looking at pics online only. From what i have heard you can refill the cartridges also with your choice of e juice which solves the problem of vg vs pg if that is a problem. As soon as mine arrives, i will post the results. Thanks again dontwannadie, you gave me hope once again.

If you arent happy, and dont worry a LOT of people that end up here have blown through a couple of PV before they start researching, then getting a new kit isn't going to bankrupt you - you can get a basic 510 kit for around $35, and thats 2 full 510 PV 2 atties 2 batteries.
Hopefully though your ordered one will work, and yes you can use ejuice to wet the bridge of the atty a couple of drops should do it. VG juices DO have a very soft TH though,(and are slightly sweeter than PG or PG/VG mixes) so bear that in mind if TH is important to you.

Heh ... it's not too hard to be better than the bottom of the barrel.

yeah guys since placing the order for prosmoke....the 510 keeps coming up again and again, i think i am going to go ahead and order one of those too from the cignot site. Thanks everyone for the info...this site is a gold mine....i posted this thread a hour or so ago and already plenty of posts and assistance. I will try to remain a member of this community and help others with my experiences also...thanks again, and i will be back to comment on the prosmoke.

Can you please comment on cartridge life? One of the reasons i decided on prosmoke was that the reviewers said that the cartridges lasted quite a while. Is this true? Mine should be in later today....can't wait.

Hi guys, just found a very informative video tutorial on refilling your prosmoke with your own choice of e-juice. Since they have limited flavors and run about $1.75 a cartridge, i figure it would be cheaper to fill yourself. Here is the link, and i will share everything i discover as i find it. Still do not know what model the prosmoke is but may be able to get a better idea once mine arrives today.

Update: I recieved my prosmoke today and after charging for a couple of hours i have been using for about 4 hours. Now first off keep in mind i am a newbie and this is my first e cig, but this thing is working pretty damn good so far. Have not had a analog yet, and it produces quite a bit of vapor. I did not even have to moisten the atty like dontwannadie did. I ordered the regular tobacco flavor and menthol (which i have yet to try), and i got both in their max nicotine level (25mg extra high). The taste and vapor is really smooth and it is so strong i can only take about 3 puffs at a time, any more start to get me queasy as if i was chain smoking. Starting to think i should of got a lower level. So far this thing is actually living up to the videos i saw on you tube and this site, but i have still to find out how long a cartridge lasts, and also the battery, but so far i am not disappointed. I also ordered a 510 when i started to panic about the quality of the prosmoke, well i guess two are better than one. I do not get a hard throat hit...really smooth, but i think this may have something to do with the vg instead of pg in their cartridges. Anyways....so far so good...will keep yall posted about battery life and cartridge life. Im actually counting my puffs, and i was a heavy smoker who could smoke a cig within 2 minutes (full flavors marlboro special blend). So far 17 puffs lol.....
