OH
so first off, let me say i have a few criteria:

1) i don't want something that uses cartomizers. so most cig-a-likes won't work for me
the reason is, i want to be able to quickly see how much ejuice i have left. i can't do this with a carto.

2)i want something that doesn't leak, or at least has a good reputation for not leaking.

3)i want it to last me for the whole day. (fyi a 350-400mah lasts me just fine for a day)

4)obiviously i want a cig-a-like, so it needs to be very small and portable

i have narrowed down my choices to the eROLL AND the eLIPSE

the eroll seems perfect, other than the fact smoke between .5-1ml a day. so i'm iffy about the size of the tank. (only problem)

the elipse seems like it would be perfect, but i have heard it doesn't work with 100% vg juice, and i have heard about leaking and/or condensation issues.

does anyone have an opinion on these 2, or have any other options that meets my criteria??

i was looking at the eRoll myself...but if you can step away from the cig-a-likes an ego type battery really is only the size of a highlighter
I keep it in my shirt pocket at work and no one every notices it. you can connect the 510 cartomizers to it (that come with cig-a-likes) and most people assume it's another pen in my pocket. I also use an evod and most people overlook it as a marker ;)
the higher the mAh of the battery the longer it will run before needing recharged and variable voltage is a nice thing to have as well

but as for a cig-a-like...i'd say the eRoll looks to be the best option
and if that is what you really want and don't mind buying from china and waiting 2 weeks or more
$45.71 Joyetech eRoll Rechargeable Electronic Cigarettes Set - black at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
half the price, no tax, no shipping and handling :D

but i'd really like to through the 1300 variable voltage spinner out there as an option, that's what I use it is currently my one and only pv.
I had a blu kit that I gave to my mother-in-law cuz she can't leave the cig-a-like, she thinks anything else makes her feel she's "smoking something illegal" lol

yeah, i know the ego is good. i have one.
it's just a little too big for me on-the-go though. the ego itself isn't too big, but once i put a protan,k or a vivi nova, or a t3 on it, it's like 8in long. fine for at home, but for out and about, i want something VERY compact.

not cause i care about being stealthy, but just cause it's easier.
i mean, if i have a ego-twist with a tank on it, in my front pants pocket. i almost can't even sit down without wonderind if i'm gonna bend and/or break it.

you are going to have to compromise on a few points, to get a kit worth getting....
you will come to realize that viewing your juice level isnt as important has having a no leak product in your pocket.
Cartos are your better option in this case.

I have settled on a REDDS kit for bar/club.

I personally think the e-Roll is a horrible kit.
But you can do whatever you want, its your money.

I agree that an ego sized device (mini if necessary) is a far superior option to a cig-a-stick but check out the vision nano for a carto-sized clearo with a no-leak design. These were designed with low-power applications in mind, and work pretty well in those situations.

There are also mini spinners now (400mah) ... not as short as a full mini ego but smaller than a standard spinner.

I use the regular eJoye 510 batteries with a Vivi-nano clearo. I actually carry two of them in a small eyeglass case, the kind you get with cheap reading glasses at the dollar store. Works great for me.

I also have some small Kanger clearos that work with this set-up. T4 maybe?I can't remember. I think they are less prone to leaking than the Vivi-nanos.

I have to say after reading your opening post the old 510-T would probably work very well for you. It has the form factor of a cig a like (a tad longer in length) a 1.1ml tank, and separate attys. Frankly they dont leak in my experience unless the cartridge cap has crapped out and those are cheap to replace. Its a 510 connection so you can attach a carto or other 510 tank or atty if you feel like it. The batteries can be either auto or manual and go as high as 350-400mah I believe. Plus carrying a spare battery is no hassle. They even have small cig box shaped PCC for them so you can charge on the go.

Flavor wise they are as good as dripping and the attys can be used to direct drip as well if you like.

I have the elipse and its fantastic... when it works which isnt often. I never use it anymore. The tanks leak, they dont play well in VG (high vg vaper here 80%+). The form factor is awesome... it stinks the tanks are so crummy.

I barely use my 510t anymore either. Love it but have just moved on to other stuff.
