I'm planning on ordering more juice from halo. I'm definitely going to get a 30ml of turkish tobacco, but I need another little 7ml sampler to go with it. Mainly so I can use the 10% off and still get the 10ml of kringles curse :p Any recommendations?

Note. I got the variety sampler pack. The only two I liked out of it were kringles curse and turkish tobacco lol.
So, I'm trying to stay away from menthols, the rest of the dessert flavors, and the tribeca-ish juices. Looked at all the reviews for the rest of their tobacco line-up and couldn't decide. Thanks!

well, hate to say this, but i had the Tobacco sampler and i enjoyed the Turkish the least.
I did let it sit and now it's tolerable if i doctor it with the Midnight Apple.
Midnight Apple is not similar to Tribeca imo. (and neither is the Turkish) like sweet cigar with apple note.

Voodoo ... is above average for my taste buds.
Certain people will smell a little stinky in addition to the fruity to it, certain people only smell the fruity. (tested among none smokers at work) I've noticed that the stinky mostly goes away after some sitting (like 3 days).
When i want fruity, i do Voodoo.

Prime, tastes nutty ... especially when eating potato chips.
But tastes like potato chips ... when eating nuts.
go figure.

Freedom, light vanilla aroma with some tobacco behind it.

Long Horn, sweet-ish tobacco, maybe a little maple ? (can't quite place the kind of sweet)

Twisted Java, very minty, like Kringle's curse but can taste a coffee behind it.

Belgian Cocoa, it's cocoa, hot chocolate like, but has a "gas" taste that some people have noticed.
(best vaped quickly and not let sit around too long) i like it until the gas taste gets too strong.

Any reason to stay away from menthols?

My favorites in the Tobacco sampler were Tribeca, Torque56, and Longhorn. Ended up buying 30ml bottles of Tribeca, Torque56 and Freedom Juice. I thought the Freedom really changed taste after a 2-4 week steep, brought out a little vanilla-sweetness. Prime15 was ok, Didn't really care for Apple at first but got better with age, used it to mix with other flavors a lot. The turkish was probably my least favorite in the sample pack. I also received a sample of Southern Classic, which is still sitting in my cupboard, something about it doesn't mesh with my taste buds.

Menthols just aren't my fancy. I know that kringles curse is, but it at least tastes like a candy cane lol. I just don't like the menthol aftertaste especially when you take a sip of soda or are switching juices.

And as to voodoo, what kind of fruit tastes are you picking up? Maybe I'll have to tack that one on :toast:

jkais3r,

orangey fruit punch? maybe a little pineapple in there. it's kinda wonkey, so are my tastebuds.
the stinky just reminds me of durian.

instead of the menthol taste, i've found that spearmint goes good as "minty" substitute.
peppermint - ok, spearmint - better (only my opinion).
So far, had spearmint in one of my mixes with MBV and will be mixing it in future orders with them.
yeah, menthol/mint tends to mess with tasting of food and drink, but refreshing.
