Halo e juice

So I tried halo ejuice a while back and wasn't impressed at all. I had watched and read plenty of reviews and heard ppl rave about it. The only one that didn't stink was tribeca. I'm wondering if I got a bad batch? Is there anyone else that had a bad experience with halo? I got a sampler pack. It had tiki juice, midnight apple TriBeCa Turkish tobacco and I can't remember the other one.

I only like Tribeca and Turkish myself. The midnight apple I vaped the whole bottle but I liked it but did not like it. I also like Kringles Curse. Never liked menthol but the cool peppermint is nice for a change of pace. All of the other Halo juices I tried I gave away. To much PG and did not like the flavors.

Juice flavors are very subjective. I have yet to find one vendor that I like their whole line of juices. One of my favs is Halo's Twisted Java and I like Kringle's Curse too. There were a few coffee flavors that got high marks by several people here and I bought them, didn't care for them so I PIF'ed them. The person that got them really liked them so it wasn't bad juice, just not what I liked.

Their voodoo flavoring was pretty good and so was the tribecca to me. I really didn't like it because it was super hit or miss and really really expensive for such little amounts of juice. Your aren't alone lol

Taste is very subjective. I like Tribeca and voodoo.

I haven't tried very many of them but they are definitely hit or miss. I really love their Kringle's Curse but was left really disappointed with their Sub Zero. I have a variety pack from them that I'm working through gradually.

Overall though I haven't found anything that would make me buy from them regularly. Their prices are too high and I can find similar quality flavors locally for much less.

I love Torque by Halo. It's my all day vape. It's kinda tobacco-like but a tiny bit sweet at first. Don't know about a "bad batch." I always like to shake the bottle before I refill.

The only Halo juice I could stand was Freedom Juice and even then....no. A lot of people like Tribeca and Midnight Apple though.

I've only tried "Malibu", but it grew on me as I bounced around between flavors. Now I'm down to a single bottle of some bottom of the barrel fruity mixture, wishing I had one more wicks worth of the Halo juice.

I had relative success with their gourmet sampler. I really liked 2 or 3 of the seven, and the rest were fine but 9 months later I still have remnants of two and they're OK but I like others better now that I've tried other vendors.

I thought based on the success of the gourmet sampler I would try the tobacco one. Epic fail for me! I ended up PIF'ing everything but the Tribeca, which I have on hand as a backup option.

But, I decided that I really like the Twisted Java and bought a 30 mL bottle of it, and decided to try Tiki Juice because a lot of people liked it (it wasn't included in my sampler) . That one is a major win for me, and I'll probably buy 30mL of that when I get around to it.

Tribeca is my ADV, and I absolutely love it. But out of those you mention Tribeca is the only one I actually like. I do like some of the other Halo juices, but the rest of the tobacco sampler didn't do it for me! The one thing I love about Halo is that their juices aren't shy - always full of flavor

Thanks for all the replies, anyone else get a peppery rubbery taste from halo? Also while vaping a plus has always been the good smell that comes from your vape (depending on what your vaping) but my wife couldn't stand halo and said it stunk lol I kinda thought so as well

Like everyone else has said taste is subjective. I like spinach sautéed in olive oil with garlic and onion. Do you? Does that make me wrong for liking it if you don't? Personally, I like Prime 15 from Halo. If you hate it am I wrong for liking it or do our tastes just differ? Pick a juice, any juice and the odds are for every person that says they love it the odds are I can find one that says it tastes like something they'd scrape off of their shoe.

Juices are subjective and not something you can pick based off of feedback on a forum. You can get suggestions for things to try based on what you've said you're looking for but no one can pick one for you.

^^^Agree with Tex up there, and the others who have said similar.

That said, the only Halo juice I've tried that I like (love) is Shamrock (dark chocolate/mint). I went to a shop that has a good selection of Halo juices specifically wanting to try the tobacco flavors since so many people recommend them, but they all tasted very 'off' to me. Then I went ahead and tried everything else they had and Shamrock was the only winner. All the others seemed to have a common 'undertone' I was picking up on that was extremely unappealing to me.

I have the same problem with Five Pawns juice. There is some unidentifiable flavor lurking in all their juices that tastes absolutely vile to me, but lots of people think they're amazing. There's nothing wrong with those folks or with me or with the juice - the juice and I just don't play nicely together. On the opposite end of the spectrum, NicQuid juices taste very 'clean' to me, and I like probably one out of every two or three juices I've tried from them.

Anyway, I doubt there's anything inherently wrong with the juice you received. The brand just may not be for you.

I went to my local B&M today. I gave Halo juices another shot. Tribeca wasn't nearly as bad as it was the first time and Prime 15 was okay. But I still can't get into it. Thank God for the sample tables.
