Think of fasttech as a Hedge against FDA Regulations.

You order some e-Cigarette stuff. But before it arrives the FDA Bans what you Order. But you get it Anyway because your Order was "Pre-Ban".

I ordered batteries about 2 months ago..maybe they put your order and mine on the same turtle...where are you lodging your old folks home so I can have us both get our packages sooner since the turtle will have to only drag itself to one location

Took me exactly 75 days to receive my LAST order from FT. For minimal savings, the frustration of waiting isn't worth it anymore. We live in a microwave society. I want the product I purchased, and I want it now, not whenever the sea turtle makes it around cape horn (my pkg went to Jersey).

Well that slow shipping makes me not want to ever order anything from them. I will just stick to US sellers. I imagine most US sellers for ejuice use USPS for basic shipping. Which is what they usually use on amazon as well. That shipping is never really slow. lol. Off amazon I usually get my item is 2--3 days after they ship it out. There is no way I would order from a place that is going to make me wait so long on shipping. The reason i choose the cheapest shipping is to save money. Saving money is the whole reason I am even considering ordering juice online. If I got to shell out even a couple extra bucks I might as well order from a US seller. Quicker shipping and many have a flat rate shipping price anyways that is affordable.

Guy's and Gals' your missing the whole concept of why you should buy from Fastech. I have a very loving husband who couldn't pick a decent present if his life depended on it. I've been married to this great guy for 40 yrs so I've always had to buy my own gifts, Birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas I always shop for myself and wrap it and put a card on it that says it's from Hubby. Well it's terrible because I always know what's in the package! Now that I have found Fasttech, I can order myself nice Vapey gifts and if I order several months (2-6) in advance I've forgotten what I'm getting for a gift and I can be completely surprised when I open it!

If u buy from your local B&m you won't have to wait. Anybody who orders from fasttech has no right to complain about lack of jobs in your country.

Those same B&M's that buy from FT and mark-up 300%? I'm all for buying American and keeping people in jobs, but when it is simply to line the pockets of someone else at my expense and offer me no more value, then I am buying from FT.

Now that said, my 'local' B&M does offer products at higher prices than most online vendors. I choose to shop with them as they offer me other value-adding services like a juice bar, expertise and a friendly staff.

I pretty much order weekly from FT, have been doing so for over a year.

As long as I spend $20 minimum, I have always received it within 2 weeks from the acceptance date on the USPS tracking website.
I'm sorry for those that have been waiting so long for their things, don't understand it really

I mean, its like.. I dont need that this fast... Ill use fasttech,
Mind if I do need something more quickly, I use other providers.
But, Be mindful of the ships in X days.
Anyways, After Fasttech ships, Its here 10-15 days later. I am considerably closer, in Japan, But shouldnt make that much of a difference, since both need to get on an airplane from fasttech....

I've been averaging right at 21 days from order to mailbox, but I have bought enough every time to get free E-packet shipping.

After some 2 weeks, my order was still in the processing stage. As noted on their site, my chosen items were to ship within 1 day. As such, I cancelled my orders. When prompted to provide a reason, I wrote that the delay in shipping was inappropriately long. My paypal account was credited funds within 3 days.

I'm with ya shade as I too think the markup at many B&m is ridiculous but on the other hand if we don't support them they won't be there when we need something right away. I would rather pay more than end up at the 7 eleven buying analogs. I think we need to let our local shops know what it would take to EARN our business and we will gladly give them our hard earned money.

One strike and you're out? They credited your account a lot faster than some US sites I've dealt with. I have recently waited 2 weeks for an item to be available, when it was supposed to be only 7 days. When it got delayed again, I posted a ticket, they explained that the supplier had failed to deliver the units on time. Another couple of 2-day delays (where it went from expected delivery to restocking). But it's been shipped as of today.

I wanted THAT item, at THAT price, and was willing to wait for it.

That's not a negative for FastTech, that's your value system. FT doesn't pretend to ship fast, and if you don't understand that, you just haven't been paying attention. If you place a premium on fast shipping, pay the premium!

1) Lack of ordering knowledge
2) Expectations beyond the norm for a particular type of order
3) Miss-information
4) A few outright false statements

After close to 2 years of doing business there, I think I'll just be happy I have never had these issues and exit this thread.

DON'T EVER BUY BATTERIES FROM FASTECH. Valuable lesson early in my vaping history. Even Fastech will tell you that they take FOREVER to get here. Customs and the airlines hate them!
