I saw a previous topic where someone saw "Tasty Puff" tobacco flavoring and wondered about using it in e-cigs. (http://tastypuff.com/)

I don't mind the taste of my cartridges but thought I'd try something different.

Well I bought a bottle yesterday and tried it out.
I had seen it at my local smoke shop and always wondered about it.
They only had three flavors in stock... I bought "Nilly Vanilla".

First I put a drop on my finger and tasted it. It wasn't sticky at all on my finger. It was actually nasty tasting by itself. I also put a drop on a cigarette to see if it would dry or stay wet. It dried almost completely after a few mins. So probably no oil in it.

Then I put a tiny drop in the cartridge... It had a slight creamy vanilla flavor. But it wasn't very tasty. The problem is this stuff contains alcohol, which gave it a nasty taste.

So I tried 3 more drops... BIG mistake. It was really strong. People around me kept saying "WTF is that sweet smell?"
I threw away that cartridge...
It took another full cartridge of smoking before the taste got out of my e-cig.
So I don't recommend this... Although another flavor might work better.

I also emailed them to ask for an ingredient list, as the bottle only says the generic "FDA Approved Ingredients"
They haven't responded.

The bottle also says to let it dry before you smoke. Probably to let the alcohol evaporate.

I don't recommend this stuff.

I'm probably going to order some Bickfords. Anyone used this to flavor an existing cartridge sucessfully?
