Yea , if you mix it with same flavouring liquid with 0 nic .Otherwise it should dilute the flavour too ,only option will be to add some flavouring if you have some around .

What flavor is it? Do you have any weaker or 0 nic juice of the same flavor or a flavor that would mix well with it?

If you use PG or VG to cut the nic level, you are going to also dilute the flavor. You can only avoid this by bumping up the flavor by the same percentage that you dilute it. Or, you could buy a bottle of the same juice with a lower nic level and mix them together....
