If you build with 28ga already on other RDAs then you should just stick with 28 and not 30, IMO 30 breaks at the post too easy when tightening down the screws.
Keep in mind, all the extras like the spring, rebuild kit, o-rings, and screws. Think of all those items as insurance. You probably aren't going to be needing them anytime soon, but the day you do, you'll be set for a quick repair.
Definitely ditch the torch, extra drip tip. The button cover just finishes off the look of the grand and it feels much nicer on the finger. See the aluminum button cover over the stock black button.
