I'm looking for a teacher that changed my life at _______ Campus. I have been looking through the site, and I have not been able to locate him on it. It has been years since I have been at ____, and even though I didn't finish up my degree plan my life has been far greater than it was before I enrolled in your school. I have always had a major learning disability in written language, and never could grasp how to write even a simple sentence. That was until I took his class over english writing. His name was Mr. Smith, and other than that I have no clue on how to find him. I would really like the opportunity to be able to just say thank you to him if possible. If it wasn't for his style of teaching how to write correctly I know I would still be lost on how to write today.

My SS number is______ if that can help locate Mr. Smith I would be very grateful.
