Welcome to the ECF now go ahead and upload an avatar already.
Find a quit banner that you like and click on it and then it will take you to another page. There you insert the info, like how much you smoked a day, how much a pack of cigs cost, and when you quit and it will give you an embed code. Paste that into your signature section of your profile and make sure that the "Show your Signature" box is checked under any reply box on this forum and it will show it and you can be cool like us!
I'm still working my up to a 15th post so I can do just that!
