So I'm sure this is just a classic case of the USPS woes...

I'm about to contact customer service as well. I ordered on Saturday, and my order info has 2-tracking #'s. The first states that USPS attempted delivery and is holding my package at their facility for 15 days. The second hasn't been updated.
I'm in North Texas and it usually takes 3-days (Thursday) and it did not arrive on Friday.
The attempted delivery notice is non existent, the delivery address is a business and has been used on 3 previous orders without any problems. Package probably opened or ortherwise destroyed in their facility or delivered to the wrong address.
I'm stocked and don't have to have the stuff right away but I HAVE been waiting on Black XL Manuals for some time now.

I placed my first order on May 6th...Electronic info was received by USPS on May 7th. It's now the 8th and no pickup confirmation posted. Considering the problems in this thread I'm kinda worried too..since I do live one county over from the flooding in Tennessee...hmm..this could take awhile.

An update on my package. Well it seems to officially be lost. Steve was kind enough to ask me to call him yesterday if it didn't arrive. No sign of the package, and still not scanned into the system. I left a message for him and Christy (Kristy?) called me back in the afternoon and was very sweet. The package is being sent out again, so hopefully it makes it this time!

Have you called USPS about the attempted delivery?
I don't ever see pickup confirmation. Most of the time if you drop it off a a Mail Depot or the post office they do not actually "scan" it in. I never get any scans before it is actually delivered. So don't worry too much.
@ Jeff - No I haven't called yet, I'll try them on Monday, but without the little "We missed you" sticky I don't expect much in the way of answers. Eventhough I have the tracking # I half expect them to be unable to locate the package.

Same issue here... order placed on the 6th but the info still says package not received... What county do you live in?? Just curious because I am in Tipton...

I love my USPS lady for getting my fixed to me, and Mark for getting my order right everytime. and the V4L family Steve you are awesome all the time you are #1 in my daily routine... and I will say the family in the forum is #2 in the daily routine,,,,,,

Update - I went to the post office this morning (Monday) and asked about my package, they needed name and address and found it for me. Package wasn't torn open or damaged and no one could give a reason it was held there like that.

I have always the same update the OP posted. It changes like 2 days after it arrives at my house lol!
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on May 11, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. The important thing is Steve and crew didn't blow me off as being overly anxious about USPS and rectified the issue by sending out another package on the 7th. The second package arrived today!

If it makes anyone feel better, I had a package shipped to me March 30th. Perfect condition, nothing missing....just went AWOL.

I'm in the midst of a similar situation. All my previous orders have arrived within 2 business days, so an order shipped Monday arrives Wednesday. The order I placed Sunday 4/30 has not arrived and still shows the "Electronic Shipping Info Received" status. I'm not sure if it is in limbo somewhere or wasn't sent like yours, but the V4L guys reshipped the order last night. Much thanks to them! Maybe there is a vape happy USPS guy somewhere hording our shipments!
