No. There aren't any Provari deals. Unless you get one on the classifieds (don't hold your breath) there's only one place to get a Provari and they don't have sales, AFAIK.
You aren't going to get a better VV for $50 shipped than a Vtube. The rest of your $100 budget will be spent on cartos, tanks, etc. that can be used with any device and that you'd still have to buy if you got a Provari. A full Provari kit will run you about $200+. You can't count cartos, tanks, juice etc. in a comparison. By the time you got those, you'd be up to $250. The actual price difference for the device itself is $150 or more.
If you want to save up, go for it. Whether the Provari is 4X better, is debatable. It doesn't vape 4X better. You won't get 4X the throat hit or vapor. Those things depend more on what you stick on the end of the battery, not the battery itself.
If you've been using an eGo-T and a stardust, you can get more vapor and TH with a different device. There are carto and atomizer tanks for the eGo that will improve vapor and TH and cost you less than $50, let alone $250.
For the Silver Bullet, you aren't paying for variable voltage circuitry. You are paying for first-class quality craftsmanship and unmatched durability and reliability. If you want variable voltage, (variable wattage, actually), for the price of a Silver Bullet, you can get a Bolt and a Kick. Then, you'll have a decent circuit on a cheap Chinese knockoff of the Silver Bullet.
Or, if you want variability for a Silver Bullet, you can buy a Kick to put in it. Then you'll have the durability of a SB and variable wattage, (which is better than variable voltage), for less than the cost of a Provari. It'll still run you about $150 though, after batteries and a charger. With that setup, if something happens and the circuitry malfunctions or dies, you'll still have a first class fixed voltage device, and you can replace the kick for $40 or so. That's something neither the Vtube or the Provari can claim.
So, maybe consider getting a Silver Bullet and some tanks and stuff now. Then save up another $40 or so and buy a Kick to put in it.
I have a BB, which is a smaller version of the Silver Bullet. And I have a Vtube. I use them both every day. They cost about the same when I bought them. ($70 for Vtube, $85 for BB). The difference in quality is so vast that, even though the BB doesn't have variable voltage, it was worth the $85. When my Vtube is in the trash, and its replacement is in the trash, and ITS replacement is in the trash, the BB will still be working. In fact, when I'M in the trash, it'll still be working.
