So... my local B&M discontinued my favorite juice...

...well, my SO's favorite juice.

It's the only one he'll vape, called Admiral's Breakfast and it's a Captain Crunch flavor. Not much milk to speak of, if any as far as I can tell, but a dead on true original CC taste that's a little sweeter than the cereal.

I'm looking to convert him to DIY juice instead and looking for your favorite suggestions for a Captain Crunch flavor. I'm planning to mix up samples and test them on him till I find one he likes.

Any and all recipes, suggestions and flavorings to get would be appreciated. I know most all the brands have their own version but some are better than others and I don't have the money to buy them all!

Yeah, I already DIY, got eight flavors I like and working in a few others. Still have a load of bought juice I'm vaping through while I work on my cookbook.

Not familiar with cereals though as I don't vape them.

How is it? Fairly spot on, needs help, horrible?

Might have to tweak it as he doesn't tend to like the "in milk" types, but it sounds good nonetheless.

I have it but haven't mixed it yet. Bull City Vapor sells it too, along with lots of other brands if you want to order a few from one place.

Love Wayne! I started waching his videos when he first began diy or die. He always makes me laugh, & he does a good job of explaining why he does what he does in a mix.

That's where it gets sticky. The owners are, um... crochety... guys and think that if they give the recipe to anybody, that person will go sell it and make money that could have made. I've asked the employee who originally came up with the recipe if I could just buy quantities from him as he DIYs and then I wouldn't even know the recipe but could still get ze juice. He was open to the idea when I talked to him the first time but I haven't heard anything back in awhile.

Hence, the plan of buhbye B&M, let's see if we can find a recipe SO will like. Then I'm not dependent anymore.

So, as an update, I managed to get a hold of the creator and he's gonna mix me up 4oz as a favor (for payment of course). I'm still going to see if I can create something similar enough to wean SO off the expensive stuff. But at least this gives me a bit of time to experiment.

So far, the DIY or die recipe looks promising and I'm going to try playing with FW and FLV's versions of the Captain. I was thinking INW Biscuit, FA Cookie, TFA Dairy Milk and AP might be big helps. Maybe.

Gonna order up a bunch of test sizes and see if we can't come up with something workable and I'll report back.

I would look into the DIY or Die recipe. That guy knows how to mix! -His strawberry vanilla bean ice cream cone recipe is the finest DIY that I have EVER made.......
