Yes. I did call the credit card. Not the first time I've been almost screwed by a vendor, but I was careful not to be harsh.

So, for my order placed on Dec. 18-- two days after you "opened"... on January 7 got "The status of order #29368 is now Awaiting Shipment" but then on January 9th I get "The status of order #29368 is now Cancelled."

Y'know what?... done with you.

Great product, lousy people, despite the fonts 'n colors 'n popcorn.

You sound surprised your order was canceled after all the negative comments directed at Mrs T and Brandon, shame on you
I believe the saying is (We have the rights to refuse any customer)

Like many of us think Mrs T has the best and we all will wait for the best.
if your looking for second best there are plenty of other venders out there to give you what your looking for fast food vaping.

Provide some actual quotes proving all those "negative comments." I've neither emailed, nor called them. Do you think my response to the lack of communication, and then extremely poor communication was too harsh?

Wow...when your own customers chase away long-term customers. I mean, that's what you're doing right? Do you know why it was cancelled? Maybe just a screw up? Maybe a wrong email? Who knows? But some of you wackadoodles on this thread.... wow.

Wacky, to be sure.

So, they fill an order... get their feelings hurt because I complained of their bad communication and lack of communication--- and not in a harsh mannner-- and they "fire" a long-term regular customer? Is that what you think happened?

That is certainly a plan for success, if it were to be the case!

Personally, I just think it is yet another screw-up, but given the "blame the customer" attitude 'round here... who knows?

Could you be more of an idiot... I did wait... patiently... without one complaint about the extended wait.. as I have for the two years I have exclusively vaped her juice.

Y'know... you're not doing her any favors unjustly attacking her customers. Or are you?

Nicosnack, you did a chargeback, as you threatened to on ECF. Interesting that you left this little bit of info out of this post. And, as you also said, you never even contacted us first, which everyone knows is the very first step in a chargeback. Your order actually almost got out but we received the letter at the very last minute, and since you yanked the funds, we are obviously not going to send you a free order. No one gets a free order for doing a chargeback, especially when not following the proper procedure.

We have let you get away with insulting us and our customers long enough. This is unacceptable behavior on the forums and in the real world, and I'm sure you have noticed that you are offending people. As you said above, "Y'know what?... done with you." Yes, you have made that very clear, and we couldn't agree more. Therefore, you have no need to further harass people on Ms T's forum.
