I posted several days ago about the Bloog 102mm battery I got that wouldn't hold the charge for more than an hour. I emailed Bloog yesterday and today I got a response saying they would send me another one, and I won't have to go through trying to find the time to get to the post office to send it back. I thought that was really nice of them. I don't know if they do that all the time, but it simply made my day. I'm a new vaper and I'm so excited about having something that's helping me do something I haven't been successful in doing, (quitting smoking). I nice to see a company care about their customers. I thought I was going to have to hear some "company policy bs blah, blah, blah. So thank you Bloog! Just because you're an class act, I think I'll get the 'aurora' battery and some of your cartos. Thanks for making my day.
