We are lucky in the UK we have a couple of battery suppliers that are 100% trusted for their sourcing of batteries and have an impeccable track record.Ok so if you pull back the plastic tubing on the body there is absolutely no markings
New gear for vaping comes out nearly daily now days, and can be a daunting barrier for even many seasoned vapers in deciding on new gear to try out. So upgrading the gear you have been using can probably be done a hundred fold if you want to upgrade bad enough to take the time to learn more about what has changed in all aspects of vaping. If not, and you are satisfied with that gear, you can probably still get the gear you have been using new, or clones of them or others that closely mimic them. You can keep it simple that way or you can dive into the shark tank overflowing with other choices to research and learn about.
My 5.5+ year path in vaping went thru a lot of trial and error at first, with a lot of gear not even close to getting it done for me to some so-so gear that did work for me (and most of it was of higher quality gear). But I eventually found what is perfect for my preferred DL and what became preferred vaping style (squonking) for the DIY liquids that I make to my own personal taste. It was hard won with a fortune spent on gear never to be used again. But to me the end was worth the way I got to it as I learned a lot and had fun along the way.
So I can't recommend specific gear for you. I think to get it right for your personal use that you'll need to do some research to help you figure it out yourself.
I use IMR pretty much exclusively. I am in the Western US.We are lucky in the UK we have a couple of battery suppliers that are 100% trusted for their sourcing of batteries and have an impeccable track record.
If you want to vape in that power range and want a 1 battery mod, look into 21700 mods. Samsung 40T batteries are 30A and 4000 mah. 1 battery lasts all day for me at 55W.I don't want to stick with my VW 2x batt mod anymore (the IPV2) and I don't have a problem with the Cleito Tank but I think what you're saying hits it on the head of the nail. Preferences, it all comes down to it and everyone has a differences between them. It was very helpful to understand the new terminology and advancements and I think that's enough to get me going in the right direction. Thank you man
I'm sure you get from good sources i was merely pointing out that with knowing if batteries are authentic it's down to getting them from a trusted source.I use IMR pretty much exclusively. I am in the Western US.
I replied mostly to let him know a reliable source in the States. Not sure where he's from. I think it's Liion that's on the East Coast. Not positive though. IMR is in Houston TXI'm sure you get from good sources i was merely pointing out that with knowing if batteries are authentic it's down to getting them from a trusted source.
Yes and no. Restricted DL is it’s own thing. Some but not all DL attys will do it and some but not all MTL attys will do it. As to which ones, again I’m no expert. @stols001 may know. Iirc she does some restricted DL. I could be wrong about that though. As to whether you need a two battery mod, that will to some degree depend on the particular atty you wind up with. Restricted DL is kind of this weird middle ground. All info for me at this point is helpful but yeah DL (restricted) sounds like it's my style and type from everyones help & advice and thank you for confirming this.
Awesome so i'll want to be looking for a Direct Lung atomizer and a duel/triple 18650 battery mod. ...
It's not specialised i would say approx 90% of DL vapers do a restricted hit of some kind it's just a matter of closing the airflow down to the restriction that suits, sometimes it's just right with full airflow and you are correct some MTL tanks if you can get a very loose MTL vape with them you can also get a very restricted lung hit.Yes and no. Don't buy off ebay, when batteries or chargers are concerned.Im on the west coast too.
I bought off Ebay. They don't seem to have some of the obvious fake markings but the laxk of anything on the cell itself and just on the plastic is worrying.
Looked at the 18650 Vapcell vtc6a I may have to pick up those for my dual battery 18650 mods. I have an SX Mini SL class and some 21700s wont fit. Samsung batteries fit perfectly so I stick with them. I have two 30T batteries as well that I use when I want to turn it up to 11.In the 21700 models i'd take the. Vapcell VTC6a's all day over 40T's. Mooch's charts on the 18650 version is incredible regarding their power and life
@Skunk! showed a pic of 2 of his authentic 30Q's but how hard would it be to make any 18650 look like that, i would suggest not difficult at all, that's why you need a supplier with proven track record not ebay!Don't buy off ebay, when batteries or chargers are concerned.
