Sounds crazy but actually I have never had it fail. Mail cash. Use an envelope made for sending cheques as they are designed so if put upto a light bulb you can't see what is inside.

You could send it registered mail that requires a signature.

Seriously, in all my years (and I have had a few) I have never had a reason to use interact. All my online stuff has been done with PP and we do have online banking. So interact is just not an option for me.

I quit using paypal when I got my virtual visa debit and finally got fed up of paypals stupidly low exchange rate.

Just curious. Have you tried emailing Jugheads to see if it would be possible to place an order using Paypal? Maybe they could set something up for you. As long as E-cig is not mentioned on the transaction (im sure they know this) then paypal can be used. Hope you get what you want from who you want. Good luck.

This is what I would suggest as well. It can't hurt to ask and Juggies is well known for being one of (if not the) most helpful vendor out there.

I am almost out of my year old stuff (as I fell off the ecig and went back to analogs) which is no longer fresh but has been working for me for the last 8 days. Fresh stuff will be great.

Just in case you are unaware, and this i happen to know as i had asked them recently on this, they can and will accept pay pal, also credit cards (how else does our friends south of the border or internationally order?). If i recall the email they will charge you (i think) $6 or $9 for processing if you use pay pal. I was told it is not a option as they do not want to be flooded with request's that way but offer it when asked

A curious question just came to me. I use a pre-paid visa card for most of my on-line transactions (non-vaping related). How can the CC companies stop me from using this pre-paid card with whatever vendor I choose. It's cash after all. Just need the vendors to start getting people to use the pre-paid cards.

They won't stop you, they'll stop the vendor from accepting it. Vendors have to open up merchant accounts with a credit card processor, and that processor must abide by the rules of the credit card companies. If a vendor is found to be accepting credit cards in exchange for contraband (whether outright illegal or simply unapproved for sale and against the CC company's policies) they can have their merchant accounts revoked. Doesn't matter if it's a credit card or prepaid, they're processed the same way.

What kind of bank doesnt do EMT these days? i fell into somewhat the same boat yesterday lol, went and put 200$ on my prepaid visa all to find out the 2 new companies i wanted to buy from didnt take visa, who doesnt take visa i asked myself lol, good thing i had extra cash and can just use my visa on bills. With all that said your best bet is just open a new account and go from there, at least your not going to the store daily to buy analogs!! small price to pay to have the option to vape.
