Ok the decision is made. I'm going to have to get one. I'll order when all the new stuff goes up on the site, and after VGF and/or Maureen have provided reviews of the caramel milk and the white choc juices. Then I'll know whether to get Big bottles or really big bottles lol.

But I really have to get a Jessy.

LOL...we all have something we really have to get!! It is never ending :)

That's for sure. I thought I was done with my Elegant (like an eGo with an 808 fitting, then with my Buzz, then with my Provari). Honestly, I love my Provari, but it's sort of large to carry out in public. So, I have to get a JessyX. :)

I think the thing to keep in mind is that it isn't, technically, variable voltage. (At least the voltage variation is only part of it.)

It's the only device I've seen/used that uses pulse width modulation. (you can hear/feel this when you run it- it goes SSssSSssSSss, instead of a constant ssssssssssss, if you know what I mean.)

And the modulation frequency changes a LOT between the three settings.

I'm not engineer enough to go much further than that in explaining it. But I'll second what mauisun said- it' works. Believe me, it works. It really does make a difference in finding the "sweet spot" for each of your juices.

Best,
Ande

It is not the only PV uses that uses pulse width modulation, per this very educational (but long) thread. Check out this post to see how an Ego battery uses PWM to maintain a nominally constant voltage throughout its use.

The Jessy does look way sweet and does seem to have unique features though!
