So,

after puffing for a while i decided to top off my cart. The first drop vaporized as it touched the filling. Just figured i would let you all know that the perfect world temp of 60 C isn't always the case.

How much vapor was produced? Also, was this a mini, super mini, or pen style e-cig?

Could the vapor have been trapped in cart packing, and dropping liquid on to it just released the trapped vapor, or was it more of an obvious "drop, sizzle, vapor" kind of thing?

it was a mini(inbetween the pen and super mini)

i think it was vaporizing it, but it might have been trapped vapor.. not sure really.
