In this thread I explained that I lost the little plastic Chimney cap on my Kanger Pro 3 mini.
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/new-members-forum/608857-lost-plastic-cover-kanger-tank.html

Well I have a friend that had a spare coil with the plastic pice on it and the tank still leaks only after a month (7 days beyond a return). I am kinda coming to the conclusion that the tank just stinks.
SO I need help on choosing a new one ANY IDEAS welcome. I tried mu buddies Pro Mini 2 tank and it did work nice. I hear many people love that tank.
But KANGER has literally left a bad taste in my mouth.

Are you using the correct coils? There are a couple of different types and if you put in the wrong one, you can get leaking.

If this is not the problem, here are a few things you can try. First, to fix a flooded atomizer take your tank off the battery and blow through the mouthpiece (with a paper towel under it). This will drain the extra eliquid.

When you inhale, take a long smooth draw vs a short sharp draw. This will prevent extra eliquid from being pulled into your coils and flooding it. Inhalation technique with an e-cigarette

Whenever you first sense that your atomizer is beginning to flood try this:
1. Open up the airflow so when you take a hit you are not pulling in as much juice into your coils (if your tank has airflow control) .
2. Raise your voltage or wattage if your battery allows you to do this. This will vaporize more eliquid.
3. Tip your battery up (and take a few hits). By tipping it up you will prevent more eliquid from being fed into the coils.

Give one or all of these a try.:)

What he said.

I went from Ce4 (hated it but it worked) Protank 3 mini, regular AeroTank, then a Mega, and lastly Kayfun 3.1 which is not set up yet. I still use my AeroTank 2.5 tanks daily for flavor changes and really like them.

Actually it was a brand new coil. supposedly the correct one for the Pro Mini Tank 3. Solved the problem buy ordering 2 Pro Tank Mini 2 of amazon for $4.95 plus shipping

2 ProTanks for 5 bucks? what? great deal! hope it works out for you.

Trying to NOT go look at them....................

Edit: I would suspect knock offs at that price. Not that familiar with the 2's but I think I read that on many clones the drip tip is not removable. Just so you are aware, I don't think the dual coils you were using on the P3 will work in those 2's.

No the coils are different. I asked on Amazon and people who purchased it said it was a real Kanger tank, so did the seller. If not I will let Amazon know, they do not like people lying too customers.
