I am using a 510 and I want to be able to use cartomizers. (I already tried the 510 cartomizers from LeCig...they don't last any longer than maybe 2 analogs).

So what exactly would I need?

would I need (A) or (B) or (C)?

(A) 510 to 901 adapter (from NHaler) -- allows you to use your 901 atomizer on your 510 battery connection,
901 to cartomizer adapter (from VaporCountry) -- use your DSE-901 battery with KR-808D-1 disposable atomizer cartridges,
KR-808 Cartomizers (from Elctro-nic-stix)

(B) 510 to Cartomizer Adapter (from NHaler) -- allows you to use your cartomizer on your 510 battery connection,
KR-808 Cartomizers (from Elctro-nic-stix)

(C) 510 to Cartomizer Adapter (from NHaler) -- allows you to use your cartomizer on your 510 battery connection,
510 cartomizers (from NHaler)

I would get the cartos from nhaler.
To use your 510 battery with a carto I would go here

nhaler cartomizers for the 510: 24mg 510 Cartomizers Pack Of Five High Strength ONLY . I do not know anything about these.

If using kr8 cartomizers on a d510 battery I would think that output would be much lower than on the kr8 batts since the d510 batteries have a lower voltage.
