So, what to do when you have an issue with a well respected vendor who won't respond ?

Following the recommendations I found here, I spent quite a bit of money to get going on my E-cigs. I went with a well respected vendor who everyone says is great, and am pretty happy with just about everything.

But, don't you know I found my battery charger is frail, and haven't owned it long at all. When I E-mailed the well-respected vendor on here, no response.

I E-mailed again. Nothing.

Is this the way one reacts whenever there is a problem? What are your thoughts? Does this person still deserve the great reputation they have on this forum?

When you indicated you have emailed, how much time have you given for a response? Was there a weekend involved? Did you look on the website for a contact phone number?

If they have a forum here on ECF, once you have 5 posts, you can start a thread with your questions right in their forum.

If you would like to PM me (once you have 5 posts) I can give you some additional direction.

I find that many folks are quick to post a scathing review for all to see, when many times there is a simple miscommunication, or a simple error in the operation of the equipment.

Welcome to ECF!
