It depends on what you want. For example, what do you wish were better about your current battery/cartomizer combination: more mAh, a more intense vape (via higher voltage and/or lower resistance), a different experience, variable voltage, juice-feeding, etc.?

For a more intense vaping experience, the two least expensive solutions include:

  • A lower resistance cartomizer, such as the Smok Tech 1.7 ohm Mega Single Coil (e.g., from Crystal Clear Vaping or SmokTek). [Yeah, I know that the dual coil is supposedly 1.5 ohms ... but it is not. Most of us find that the 3.2V eGo is too wimpy for the dual coil, which, IMO, requires 4+V. ]

  • A slightly higher voltage battery, such as the 3.7V Riva-510. You can get a full kit for only 30 bucks from Liberty-Flights ... or just a $12 battery (since the Riva can use your eGo charger).
For more mAh, here are three examples. [NOTE: In general, the higher the mAh, the longer (and/or fatter) the battery.]

  • That Riva, which is 750 mAh ... or an 1100 mAh Riva from Vapor Junction (full-kit for $50; battery for $20).

  • The 1100 mAh KGO (which also is 3.7V) – $42 for full kit from Hoosier E-Cig Supply. [FYI: Some of my cartos aren't working with my KGO batts, but I've not heard others report problems.]

  • The 1300 mAh Echo-e (which, I believe, is 3.7V), e.g., from Cropduster 901 for $45. [NOTE: The "Echo" (without the "-e") is an 808-compatible with an automatic battery.]
For a different experience, my two non-510 favorites are:

  • CigEasy's slender, 3.7+V, 380 mAh Elite 808 ($50 for a full kit). I love it (e.g., fantastic vapor and TH) and also have found that the Elite cartomizers perform wonderfully on eGo batteries (using an inexpensive 510-to-808/901 adapter, e.g., from Good Prophets).
  • The fat, large-juice-capacity, 3.5V, 800 mAh Boge Leo. The Leo cartomizers and atomizers have the smoothest, deepest, richest taste of any e-cig I have ever used (and I've used a few;)). Until recently, the Leo didn't hit hard enough for much of my vaping, but now there are dual coil Leo cartos and a 510-to-Leo adapter to use them on my 3.7+V batteries. There are many fine Leo suppliers. VapingZone is the only one thus far to carry the adapter, as well as a large selection of batteries, atomizers, and cartomizers (including both the dual coil and 2.5 ohm cartos, which are lower resistance than most). [NOTE: You really don't need a full kit. Any mini-USB cable (including the one they sell) can be used to charge the Leo PT-capable battery.]
So, several different alternatives to consider – and those are just my favorites and I haven't addressed juice feeding or variable voltage – even without entering The Wonderful World of Mods (which is too vast to cover adequately here – thus the link to get started).

Enjoy the continuing adventure!
