so i been looking at the evod glass i already have protank minis and been wondering whats the difference between the evod glass a protank 3 mini. other than its looks.

If I'm not mistaken the evod glass is a single coil and the protank 3 is a dual coil.

Personally I'd go with the Pro tanks...the Evod (I have the regular ones, not glass) work great but I'm not a fan of the metal housing. It makes it really hard for me to see the e-liquid level and to fill.
That being said, I'm very careful with my tanks and they are either sitting on a desk at home or work, in my hand, in my purse or on the car seat next to me. If you need the metal for more protection then they might be good for you.
