What are you talking about dude? The same thing happened to me. I sent them emails, and then they don't respond. I am giving them another opportunity to email me, and if they don't, they lose a $150 a month customer. I am sick and tired of the terrible service. I typically order from the UK site, and the service has been acceptable so far. Now I am in the US, and the US site is garbage. Pillbox or whatever his name his needs to go down there and smack some people around or else his US operation ain't gonna last. The US is too competitive for bad service to survive. Not to mention the Chinese, and they're absolutely excellent service. The Chinese websites bend over backwards to help me out.

Hey, I'd like to support the locals, but obviously this one isn't worth it.
