...would I find PG USP or VG USP, if they have it?

I went out and about today and checked two farm supply stores and neither one had heard of it. If a store has PG or VG, with what stuff would I generally find it in a farm store, pharmacy, or craft store?

In the farm store, the propylene glycol is with their cattle products; it's used for treating ketosis in dairy cows. The VG at Walmart is in with the skin stuff like witch hazel and peroxide.

Be sure you only buy it with the USP label. Very important!!

Not all Tractor Supply stores carry the PG. If there are dairy farms close by, they will.

I know the one in Noblesville stopped carrying it which makes visiting my sister there less frequent.

Go to a Michaels store, in the baking department they sell "Wilton" Glycerine.
It leaves no after taste.
I heard the Glycerine bought at Walmart leaves a nasty after taste.

I've never noticed any after taste from the Walmart VG. Maybe because it's not more than 30% of my mix?

I bought some Wilton's Glycerin at a candy/cake shop. It does not say it is USP.
I checked the wilton.com website and it says it's "certified kosher"... but does not say USP.

That said, I checked Walgreens and they have Glycerin, USP. However, in reading the back of it the label states "...for topical use only. If ingested seek medical help...".
Seriously? Is that the right Glycerin? Topical use only and right next to hand creams and ointments? While I was at Walgreens I decided to NOT get that one.

I ended up buying the Wilton's glycerin. It is food safe (used in icings). I took some home, did my own creation "doubler" by adding 1ml Wilton's glycerin to 1ml cappuccino 18mg, threw in 24 drops of LorAnn Gourmet Keoke Coffee flavoring and WOW... the flavor is incredible and the vapor is HUGE! I now have 2ml of 9mg nic Keoke vaporing.

Of course, I have no idea if I did this right... but it sure vapes nice.
