Hey all! So i am back on the vaping wagon!!! I quit analogs about 4 years ago thanks to the many Ecigs that were out there!

The past month or 2 i decided i would start vaping again mainly just on the weekends when hanging with friends and having some beers. Now that i am back on the scene i am shocked at all these mods they have out these days! WOW! I picked up a provari a few weeks ago and loving it so far! I mainly like to drip but will use a tank setup on the weekends when dripping isnt really possible..

With that said, In your opinion, what is a good device for dripping using a 510? I just learned about box mods? i believe there called? Such as the Reo Grand!

I have no experience at all with this unit.. I read many reviews and they all seem to give it a perfect score but i am use to the standard tube type mods, drip a few drops onto the 510 and take a few puffs and then repeat...

The boxmod ( is that what there called? or is it called bottomfeeders?) anyways, these seem like the ticket for me! My eyesight isnt what it use to be some at times its a little hard for me to drip on the 510 without making a mess..

I was curious if anyone could suggest a unit? Is the Reo what i am looking for? a push of the bottle and it pretty much drips onto the 510? just thru the bottom rather then the top? Is it the same feel/taste/effect as dripping directly ontop of the 510 like i do with my provari at 3.7?

any suggestions on the Reo or another mod would be great! thanks!

oh and this mod would be used strictly for dripping and my provari i would use for tanks, etc.

Reo is pretty close to dripping. An RBA with a reo grand should net you the best combination of portable reliability with a great flavor. The things are build to last. All mechanical with very little necessary maintenance. I've had an original REO mini for a couple years and once i find the right RBA it will be the only thing I carry.

Ok, so the Reo doesnt use a regular 510 atty? it uses a bottom feed atty? I know nothing about those.

How do the bottom feed attys work? i am use to just dripping directly onto my 510 ( which i am sure can be done with the Reo ) but it kinda defeats the purpose..

Could someone school me on bottom feed attys before i purchase a Reo?

Most 510 attys are bottom feed attys. It basically just needs a hole in the battery connection center disk.
With Reos there is a bottle of juice in the body that you squeeze to push juice into the bottom of the atty.
Makes things easy. You can also use 510 cartomizers on reo mods and fill them from the bottom too.

Then theres rebuildable atomizers (all 510 connection basically) that you can rebuild with wick + wire.
Which are pretty cool, save you money, allow you to make the coils the resistance YOU want them to be.
Lower resistance on purely mechanical mods is a huge bonus to give you the best TH + vapor.
But youd have to learn how to wrap a wire around a wick with a rebuildable atty. Not too hard but not easy either.

Then there is the VV Reo Grand, which, like your provari, you can change the voltage to compliment the ohms.
Sooo, if you wrap a higher resistance coil on your rebuildable atomizer, its OK, just use a higher voltage.
A lot of people prefer just a bare bones mechanical with a low res atomizer. Gives a good vape.

Ok so the regular Joye 510 attys i usually buy everywhere will work with the Reo? i dont need to hand drip correct? they will work with the Reo as far as pumping the bottle and the juice being fed in thru the bottom?

If you want a dripping type set-up to use on the go the REO is not a bad way to go. I recently started using one and they do work pretty well. Rebuildables are fine if you don't mind a good bit of fussing and fiddling at times. If a rebuildable is something you would consider I would also point out there are some new alternatives for drippers.

The Killer 705 is a rebuildable, submersible tank atomizer. It is a dripping atomizer that lives inside a tank of juice. There is a lengthy discussion here... http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/rebuildable-atomizer-systems/363270-killer-705-atty.html .
