If you're in South Africa, I'm guessing you can't find a local shop or a disposable at the local 7-11...

I think I'd keep smoking... If you can quit without picking up a PV, then you don't need the PV, right? Then you'll miss out on all this great stuff and all these great people!

I made the mistake of NOT doing this. Got a basic kit, now I'm using analogs again waiting for more attys...

Order more stuff. When your kit arrives, you'll be alright for a little while. But get backups and backups for your backups.

Thanks to this forum, I have already done that and my first shipment has not arrived yet. I really want to make a commitment to this and do not want to have to revert back due to poor planning...not to mention the cost involved in trying to maintain my analog habit while waiting for more supplies!

Backing up the backups is a good idea. I have been smoke free for over a year now. A few months ago I almost ran out of juice waiting on an order. I was saved by having a local supplier about 10 min from here. I got awesome juice from them too.
