SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THOSE RESIDING IN;
Republicans; Pennsylvania
Democrats; California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Washington

Pay Special Attention to the names below. They voted AGAINST the Cole-Bishop amendment that would "Save" vaping. It is entirely logical to presume that when the amendment comes up for the Full House to vote on, rather than this just to leave the Committee vote, you can COUNT on THESE people to try Again to take away your Vapes. Take THAT to the bank Unless YOU change their minds in the mean time.

Charles Dent-Pennsylvania
Michael Honda, California
Nita Lowey, New York
Betty MCCollum, Minnesota
Marcy Kuptur, Ohio
Steve Isreal, New York
Peter Visclosky, Indiana
Tim Ryan, Ohio
Jose Serrano, New York
C.A. "Dutch" Ruppersberger, Maryland
Rosa DeLauro, Connecticut
Debbie Wackadoodle-Schultz, Florida
David Price, North Carolina
Chellie Pingree, Maine
Lucille Roybal-Allard, California
Mike Quigley, Illinois
Sam Farr, California
Derek Kilmer, Washington
Barbara Lee, California

Now remember there will be A LOT more Congressmen voting on this when it comes up for the full vote but THESE folks are On Public Record with wanting to take your vape away from you.

Now for later tonight, when you have a fresh tank and 30 minutes.

The Committee session and Vote on the CB Amendment.

I did the dirty work for you.

The last 4 minutes are the actual votes being taken with these .......s publicly owning up to their sins.

Short speeches at the start from Reps; Cole-Oklahoma-For, Bishop-Ga-For, Farr-CA-Against, Fleischmann-Tenn-For, Lowey-NY-Against, DeLauro-Conn-Against, Harris-Maryland-For, Serrano-NY-Against, Cueller-Tx-For, Wackadoodle-Schultz-FL-Against.

ATTENTION; The AGAINSTS above need their attention Especially gotten. THEY are the ones Standing Up to convince the other Congressmen to also take your vape away from you.

I must say. If you want blood to squirt out of your eyes, you need to go to the 11.50 min mark here for Reps. Lowey-NY and DeLauro-Conn. These two get Special MoonBat merit badges as they can't possibly see adults wanting vape flavors like Skittles and Fruit Loops and that with E-Cigs comes MORE Cancer.

If you haven't totally stroked out hearing them, hit the 30 min point for Debbie Wackadoodle-Schultz for her own special HIGH-potency blend of MoonBattery.

So, if you're TOTALLY PO'd about this, THESE are some of the Buttclowns to let know you are.

Thank you, Bruce.

Here is the text of my e-mail message to Rep. C. Pingree, who is usually on the correct side of most issues:

Message Subject: Cole-Bishop Amendment
Message Text:
It appears you voted against this amendment in committee. I vigorously disagree with your position. The FDA in its "Deeming" has acted against the health of a great many former smokers, and those who would quit smoking. They violated their legal mandate and scope by failing to provide any cost-benefit analysis. I have supported you in the past; time for you to support me and the many small business start-ups in our state that will be hurt or eradicated by "Deeming".

Yes do contact your representatives. None of the NY people listed here who voted against the Amendment represent my district so they won't accept an email from me. ...... me off even more.
Then they aren't giving you much choice are they?

There has to be a HEAD of the Democratic Party in NY. CALL him and tell him you're bothering him because those Reps don't want to hear from you. Let HIM know of your displeasure with YOUR Parties
actions here.

GranFumador you may almost be in a Better position with Those Reps not being yours.

You have the PERFECT opportunity to let that Head of State DNC know that 18 of the 19 NO votes were Dem and that THIS issue Is Not one that's going to be advantageous to their political careers to fight.

I almost wish I lived in Penn so I could snap off the end of my chain on that One loon Republican Rep Dent.

There are only 5 House members on that list. None were in the Committee that just voted.

This is a bright point. There are 435 members in the House who will vote on the full Appropriations bill that Cole-Bishop is part of. Of course, there is A LOT more in that bill beside Vaping. However.

Of the 435, 246 are Republicans, 188 are Dems. The Committee vote was split (except for 1 Rep vote)
right down party lines.

IF that stays the same for the whole Agricultural Appropriations Bill, we will at least make it out of Congress. Then the Senate. That makes me feel a little better.

Wasn't she actually reading from a State Required Product Warning? What does that ave with manufacturer awareness of Danger - Rather than once again Regulatory Process.
California has so many warnings I'm surprised there is room for product in packaging.
I listened in Dismay as she felt her Dead Family was better for not having an Alternative..........Obvious outcast.

I live in Maryland which has been and always will be run by democrats,,,I have written to all of my representatives on the senate and congress level and they all sent back canned FDA responses...they don't care and never will because big tobacco and big pharma pay them too well. Waste your time writing to these people all you want just realize that you will be wasting your time and accomplishing nothing.

I was wondering why, in the CAASA call to action on this bill, why they only mentioned the republican sponsor and did not mention that the bill was co-sponsored. The bill was sponsored and introduced by 2 reps, not one...........Tom Cole (R) and Sanford Bishop, who is a Democrat.

"Introduced by GOP Rep. Tom Cole and Democrat Rep. Sanford Bishop, the amendment passed by 31-19 ...."
Vapers Win Big: House Committee Passes Amendment To Save E-Cigarettes

CAASA call to action, which left out Mr. Bishop's name:
This afternoon, the House Appropriations Committee voted 31(Y) / 19(N) to accept an amendment* introduced by Representative Tom Cole (OK-4 [R]) -- which would, among other things, change the predicate date for products to be deemed as tobacco by the FDA -- to the Agriculture and Rural Development Appropriations Bill.
CASAA: US - Take action to change the predicate date for vapor products (H. Appropriations)

Hi, Bruce,
Pingree, my Rep., is a D. She is the only D. She hasn't replied to my message. Sen. King, Ind, has. He's good. Still waiting for an answer from Sen. Susan Collins, R, and the knucklehead R up north in potato country. We are in luck here in Maine, with good legislators from both sides of the aisle, and a great Independent. And then we have the great northern slug...Bruce Poliquin. Oh well, 3 out of 4 is pretty good.
