The VV device I purchased/recieved from health cabin about a week ago just stopped working. I was taking a puff on the low voltage setting and I didn't feel anything happening, I am looking at the device while pressing the button, and none of the LED's are flashing. The vv device itself worked like a charm, was really enjoying it, but now I am very disapointed. I am not sure why it shorted, but that was probably the most expensive disposable I have ever purchased. Perhaps there was something wrong with the one I recieved, not sure...

I know it's a long shot, but I was wondering if it would be possible if health cabin could send me a replacement?

Don't really know what to do now, was going to purchase a bunch of these, along with some other products, but as much as I like this vv device, I cannot afford to replace one every week. Can anyone tell me if this has happened to them, or perhaps tell me if their vv from hc is still working??

We are sorry for the problem with V.V. battery. It is till under warranty. We can send you a new free replacement. please use our help desk and submit a ticket. our customer service will reply to you monday.

I recieved a response, it shouldn't be a problem for me to revieve another free unit, only problem is that the vv battery(stainles) is out of stock, hopefully that won't be an issue. I also had to dump the huge order I had in my cart, which was going to be ordered within the next couple of weeks, but I can easily add everything back in, plus I want to wait for the sale now.

I am sorry that v v batteries are out of stock because the manufacturer does not have insufficient material now. we expect to get them restocked in late march. perhaps you can buy them on March Sale.

I was wondering if It would be possible to recieve the free 900mah stainless battery when I place my order suring the sale. It would probably be easier, and would be one less thing to ship separately.

Sandman, I have 3 of the 650mah versions of the vv battery, and haven't had a problem with any of them, I wouldn't worry too much about ordering more, kind of sounds like you got a bad one.
