Problem with Boge cartos

No problem, just wanted to point out how implausible it would be to pay to ship them back. Just tell boge to grab a few random dozen of their cartomizers and try them out.

it depends on your order size to see if it was worth it, but for those that ordered $100 worth, it would be worth it and I'd hope that Amy would compensate some of the round trip cost for shipping by throwing in a few extra replacements.

thankfully, i only got one box of the XXL Boge and they were the same tight draw problem. If I had a big order, you can be sure I'd be sending them back. I get tired of beta testing the QC of chinese products on my dime ;-)


Here's the cost for International Priority Mail to Amy's zip code from northeast USA. well worth it, but then you have the problem if the replacements are defective too. Maybe return for refund or store credit to buy an alternative product?

Wow! Why on earth would you have to send old used dirty goods in a priority mail shipping box? Most US vendors whom I buy EXPENSIVE juices from, just chuck everything willy nilly in an envelope without even bothering to even wrap anything and then just send it normal airmail whilst charging the earth!

Since they are used and damaged cartos, I would wrap them together tightly in a bit of bubble wrap or plastic baggy and put them in a padded anvelope. Anyway, earlier in the thread Amy said that they would cover the return shipping costs. Not sure if that still applies.

P.S. I love Health Cabin's colored 510 Boge cartos (not for tanks), and the Boge 808D's.

Amy, has Boge ever responded to you regarding these quality control issues yet?
Because when I look around the internet, almost everyone everywhere is complaining about their quality lately.
Note that this is not healthcabin-related, all boges everywhere suffer from these issues!

Amy, any news?

well darn, I am expecting a shipment of boges from health cabin along with a few other items. So if by any chance these give me problems, I can send them back pay the shipping myself, but according to your statement you will cover the shipping cost to send them back to you? Im assuming you might throw in equal amount of the faulty ones plus extras to equal the shipping cost? I hope this is what I understood. Because unless I ordered an amount in the hundreds, seems like paying for the shipping of items that cost same or less than the shipping would be silly. I really appreciate that a vendor as acknowledged that there is indeed a problem and they are doing something to make their customers happy.

I just thought I'd mention... This is an OLD post from April. I'm sure that whatever was 'wrong' was fixed months ago... Three months is a long time in the world of ecigs and electronics.
Someone recently revived this thread, and now there seems to be an idea that there may STILL be something wrong with the Boges and free ones are on offer if you return your USED ones... lol... Just saying.

There are actually a few other topics in non-hc related forums about this problem. It doesn't appear to be fixed as far as I can tell. Even pbusardo and grimmgreen have mentioned this drop in quality in some of their latest videos.
I have around 70 cartos left that I'd gladly replace if I'm sure they're back to the "good ol' boge quality"

If you send them back, boge will pay the shipping cost, because they need to find out the reason and fix it.

A customer told us that he sent a few defective carto back. but we have not got them. perhaps it is on the way. :)

HC is really getting inconsistent in terms of carto and ejuice..

OK, big sorry guys. It's just that my best friend is living in Shanghai at the moment, and can't watch YouTube videos, or connect to Dropbox or Facebook etc. I sent her some ecigs (I know....kind of odd lol, but she had never even heard of them there) and I thought she could watch certain videos to see how to use them, but we have struggled for weeks.
This is Health Cabins's forum, so posting a video without even a single world seemed a bit odd. Sorry if I misunderstood.
