You know ..they are completely wrong and no matter how ANGRILY they act like we are the ones who are doing something wrong by reacting like this. It still all comes down to they are wrong no matter how much they shout and point fingers..period!!

You're wrong, in my opinion.
The staff's response should have been, "We are aware of the situation, and we are working to rectify the problem." That should have been your only response. Beyond that, allow whoever wants to vent their spleen to do so, and ignore it. That is the correct customer support response.
Nope - that is the "big corporation that does not care about their staff" response.
That one is a customer or user does NOT mean that you are permitted to act like a SOB. (Not talking about you, Turtle.)
Imagine going to a crowded restaurant where people are yelling because the kitchen is swamped and service is a bit slow.
