I bought two 30ml bottles of liquid. While I used one put the other in refrigerator to keep it from degrading in any way. Not that I've heard to do that, but generally, less heat means less entropy, thus less breakdown of stuff, which didn't seem like suck a bad thing.

But, when I finally got the one out of the frig to use, it had small (and some large) chunks of solid stuff.

What do I do with it? Are the clumps of stuff bacteria or fungus? If not, is there any way to break the clumps up?

Welcome , but leave the juices out of the refrige . Cold temps , can cause condesation , and probably not what you want in your juice . Hard to say exactly what these clumps are , but not bacteria , or the like . You may want to try sitting the bottle in some warm water , and see if the clumps disolve . If not , maybe just strain them out . You should just store your juice , in a drawer , or in a dark closet . So as not to expose to direct sunlight . Good Luck
