Solidified eliquid!

I purchased "icy menthol" from a vendor two weeks ago. I went to pull it out today to sample and half of the liquid is a solid blob... I don't even know what to make of this. No amount of shaking has helped. The liquid portion also appears to have crystalized.

What happened?

Unless it was really cold or in your freezer, I have no idea. Have you called the vendor?

Menthol flavor comes from crystals. If you refrigerate it or freeze it, it's going to re-crystalize. Leave out of the refrigerator for a while and place the bottle in a small bowl of hot water. After a couple of hours shake it several times and see if it thaws again.

It was never below room temp, no I have not contacted the vendor.
