Some advice please - New User - Titan510

Hi everyone

Sorry for all the questions!

I started using my Titan on Monday - how long are the cartridges suppose to last? I seem to change them every hour as they don't seem to last long - is that the norm. Also just bought some e-liqud (reg high) - used it tonight and put 3 drops in a cartridge. What i really need to know is how long is a cartridge suppose to last? How many are safe to inhale in a day? And is the e-liqud safe to use? I also have to change my battery at least once/twice a night.

I only smoke in the evenings. So looking at 5 hours a day.

I have not smoked a normal cigarette since Saturday and really want to keep on with the e-cig!

First of all congrats on kicking the butts and welcome. Now, the cartridges don't last as long as advertised. You can add e-liquid to them and it's safe. A good measure of how much to add is when the cartridge looks like a slushie. I recommend you watch some of the videos on how to refill the carts and the other stuff for new users. They are very informative.

Sounds like you're good. Low usage. Some with 510 bats say they have to change bats. & carts every 45 min.!
Cart should take a lot more than 3 drops.
Try taking the filler out to fill, cut filler off to 1/2" if over that.

I have the same carts on an eGo.

i use the blue foam mod in conjunction with the coffee straw mod and i'm able to get 7-10 drops in there and it wicks very well. look for how to's on youtube

Thanks Stover.P,SirVette and yoyoma_mda! Was just getting a bit worried about how much nicotine i was inhaling! When I was reading up on E-cigs they said the cartridges should last around 300 puffs..and add around 3 drops of e-liquid to a new cartridge. Was thinking i was inhaling too much and was going to overdose! haha

I must admit i feel much better in myself in the 3/4 days i have not smoked a norm cig (i can even smell the shampoo fragrance in my hair!) Even tho i only smoked in the evenings i was still going through around 10+ cigs!

I need to stock up on some more e-cigs and accessories, i only have two batteries and atomisers! There are so many out there i am not sure which ones to choose! I live in London and as far as i am aware there are no e-cig shops for me to pop into and get some partial advice! So any tips on the best ones would come in handy!

I have a feeling i am gonna need some all over the place especially over the weekends!

A good place for liquids is Tasty Vapor. Great flavors. You will save tons of money refilling your own cartridges instead of buying prefilled. Once you're more comfortable, you'll start to experiement with the different suggestions on here and you'll be running. There is a bit of a learning curve just don't give up.
