I just got my infinity and some of the atties are not screwing all the way down on the Infinity?

yes iv noticed on some of my new fresh out of a package unused cartos, hope you get the point, anyways iv noticed that sometimes they have some substance on the threads, so check them out when your about to put a new one on, and just pick it out with something small, sometimes i use my finger nail. or use any old ecig that you dont use anymore as a pre thread cleaner, just so you dont mess up your favorite PV. i sometimes use an old shorted out ego battery that i have laying around.
Jesus what the hell is going on ?? all of a sudden all kinds of attys / cartos are not working .
Is this happening on other mods ? , The Buzz is a custom made threaded adapter that is high tolerance , the Infinity uses a SLB connector on it .
What type and MFG are they Vapomike ?? and are they 510 ?
IMO the 510 is the worst connector because it uses a non standard small pitch thread , they are harder to make and will cross thread easier.

I got your point and thanks for the tip. I never thought of looking. Duh. It was the same carto with me too. Yes Mike it is a carto thing. It is the same on every mod I have. The 808s are the ones I'm having probs with once in a while.

thats why i said to use any unwanted, unliked, useless, broken, overprice piece of bull crap PVs you have laying around as a prethreading cleaner/first time insertion of a carto/atty into a connecter before you insert it into your loved PV
I don't have an old 510 piece 'o crap. All my dead ones are 808s. Maybe I'll toss a 510 adapter into my next carto order.
Get a thread cleaning tool or a 7mm X .5 die. I haven't had any 510s bad yet.
that'll work, i also have a 510 to 510 adapter, for the ego charger. just look at the threads i mostly use boge and there cartos have the silver connection and the stuff thats stuck is like a white color and its hard to see, ohh and take a good look cause even the most tiny piece of stuff makes it hard to thread.
Them are burrs left from milling them or at least thats what burrs look like. I'm going to get one of them little thread cleaning brushes tomorrow and see if it will clean them out. I can't believe I didn't look to see. Your right it doesn't take much.

All I'm using are 510 cartos on my Buzz and they last forever and I just plain don't have any problems at all. I just keep refilling them and keep on vaping.

Just feeling these that don't want to thread, they feel rougher than my good ones I have laid to the side. I use boge 510s too Paco. I did just screw my 510 to 808 adapter onto my Buzz to see if it would de-gunk anything that might be in the cap threads. I cleaned it pretty good last night tho, and picked the goop out of the screw head with a toothpick.

same here rosco buddy!!!, my boges last 3 weeks some last 2 weeks with no loss of flavor or vapor. and for the price its great. i get five for far less than one atty, and also save mayself from having to drip and drive. Dont DRiP and DriVe!! lol
That has been my experience too Rosco and Paco (lookin good at 21!!) until this last box I opened. Once I get the damn thing screwed on it still performs properly at least.
