I'm sadly going to have to send my infinity in for repair. I just can't deal with the connector on it. The top is coming loose and 3 of my 6 atties refuse to screw into it. I really don't want to but it seems I have no other choice. Should I send one of the atties that don't screw into the infinity with it? So you can see what I am exactly talking about. I'm going to miss it dearly, thing hits like a train lol.

I think it's a good idea to send one of the atties with it. I'm sorry you have to part with your Infinity but it's better to get it taken care of.

Just think of it taking a trip to a spa treatment!

Mike is super fast with his turn around time. You won't be without it for long. Have you gone to notcigs web site and filled out a form to be repaired?

I sent a carto that did not work on infinity but was okay on other pv when I returned mine, makes it simpler to verify that the correction should be okay.

(on my 808, looks like the whole connector may have been slightly too low , not just the center post; unfortunately the connector threads are now a bit whacked, too, from trying to get it to work)

We are seeing a lot of cartoz having bad threads right now for some reason ???
Send a carto with it please so I can get a handle on this please .

No problem Mike , I have to get this sorted out so we have a issue free device , there are so many new cartos and attys now it is hard to keep up .

I got one box of cartos that is a one only thread. It doesn't fit any adapters and only fits the ecig its made for. I got a speceal adapter for it. An 808 almost fits but it is a hair smaller and a different thread. The only reason I mention it is just to show there are allot of different carto threads out there.

Just a small update... my red wire came loose tonight from the loose top cap. Ill make sure to document this all on the RMA.

So the tracking said it got delivered. Will there be any updates about when it gets repaired/returned?

Vapo, repairs take priority at Notcigs and you should get an email letting you know when your baby is on it's way back to you

Yes you should get a notice , Lori was working on them today and I will be in tomorrow and make sure it gets out.
