I was wondering - I see alot of great reviews for puresmoker.com but I have been checking his site alot and they never seem to have ANYTHING in stock ...how can he have such great reviews when they don't have anything? and how reliable can they be to have what I need WHEN I need it ? Just wondered why everyone likes them so much....Although I do see their prices are great !!!!!! I am new am researching what is the best e cig to get -- am thinking of getting an "NJOY penstyle" to start with since I can get it locally since puremoker is out of all of them and I am not patient lol so I don't want to wait indefinately ....what does everyone think of NJOY? Also want to get a e cigar since its cartridges last longer (according to puresmoker) so would like to hear reviews on them - also anyone here ever try the e-pipes?? Want to get one for friend ....

glad to have come across this site !!!

Puresmoke is in the middle of a move right now, his should be back up and running on the 20th of March - I bought my first 901 from them - so far haven't had much trouble with it. :thumb: It was a ton of great reviews from the members of this forum which led me to use PS as my first supplier.

I also ordered a Dura C from Janty, but they, as well, are experiencing problems with an office move and are backordered. (I WANT MY DURA C!!!) Janty's Kissbox Classic is a penstyle I've heard quoted as the "workhorse on which all others are judged." multiple times, so that's why I ordered from them. I will reserve judgement for when I get the devise from them.

Suppliers are scrambling right now, I think that's the current nature of the beast. As all the news and controversy over e-cigs is reaching a boiling point, suppliers are scrambling to keep up with both demand - more and more people are finding out about vaping are are curious - and how forthcoming regulations are going to affect them. The e-cig and the news section of this forum is one of my favorite lurks.

I would say be patient with the suppliers right now, as they are dealing with some extreme growing pains.

You do have to watch out for some of the suppliers out there, though, because some don't have the dedication to customer service they should have in today's world - and though I don't like to name names - epuffer has had some - shall I say - drama lately in the posts...

I just recieved my classic penstyle from e smokey treats yesterday, i am a new e smoker so was excited to use it, i charged it for 2 1/2 hours before work and used it for about 7 hours, then had to resort back to 'analogs', its a bit different than smoking regular cigs, but i had no cravings, just seem to puff more often now, instead of having a cig every 1/2 hour to an hour, i vap' about every 5 minutes, im enjoying it and can smell other people now(cigarettes smell horrible, never realized when i smoked)

Does anyone know of a penstyle with a pen at the end instead of the fake useless light?
would sure be handy, i would always have a pen and a smoke on me lol, maybe i'll experiment and try making one.
How do ya get that smoke free counter on here?

My experience wiyh SE 3.0 has been ok.The guys at the mall I went too were helpful and replaced parts no questions.I admit paid way too much, but been off real smokes 3 weeks.I didd buy a 901 and love it,but still use the 3.0 to drip and do get good vapor. So live and learn we will see if 1 yr replacement parts from SE will be worth the 149 I paid.

i have posted several times here about my experience with SE but on the positive side of things i was on the verge of picking up analogs after being smoke free for over a year, that being said i was using the gum all this itime when i saw the guy at the mall i thought my prayers have been answered i can smoke again but healthier. In a strange way i am greatful for them because i had never heard of an ecig before and i would have never found this website andall the options avalible to me, i am like a kid at christmas and i love reading the posts, I am learning alot and its fun!!!

Hey everybody! new member also. About a week ago, I got a starter kit, and ~ 10 cartons of cartridges from smokingeverywhere... Guess I should've looked on the internet first, but hey, I guess it was worth it for convienience... The salesman was ......ed, though... I asked for flavors other than tobacco, and all he did was toss a couple vanillas in my carton. v.v

Battery life sucks, of course, carts don't last long, and the atomizer died in two days, and one of the batteries had a loose connection, so I had to flick it every so often... Thankfully, after I talked to the girl at the kiosk, she just handed me a new one. Anyone know what voltage these batteries output? The website says 3.7v, and the charger seems to output ~4.5-5v.

All in all, despite the fact that I got robbed, and ended up with a ****ty product, I'm rather glad I switched from cigarettes. It's been about a week, and I can already breathe better, and I don't smell like smoke anymore! ^.^ Looking at the legal forum, I may have started at a bad time...

My next purchase will prolly be a TECC-510 TITAN. mmm... black wiv blue... it's smexy.

Okay all, this is my first post. I've probably read over 300 threads on this site, but, until now, I haven't decided to post anything - mostly because at first I lacked experience and knowledge about ecigs. I wanted to post in this thread, though, because my first ecig was a 'SmokingEverywhere' ecig that I bought at Tysons Corner Mall where I live in the Washington DC metro area. Here's the deal with Smoking Everywhere:

It's way, way, way,way overpriced for what it is ($150.00 for a super-mini). On top of that, the salesmen at the kiosks lie to prospective customers. I'm unsure which model they are reselling (it's probably the DSE103), but you can at least rest assured that they are nothing but resellers -or, marketers, if you will- of the same Chinese-patented and manufactured e-cigs that every other merchant sells. One reason why Smokeeverywhere is so expensive is because they are the first non-online, brick-and-mortor retailers that are selling e-cigs mainstream in the U.S; and they need to mark-up their products to recover the cost of their fancy marketing and well stocked kiosks. They have even been featured on NBC and Fox news in the U.S. because of all the attention their in-mall kiosks have gathered around the eastern seaboard. Here's the skinny: They claim that you will get 1 pack of smokes out of the cartridge - LIE. They claim that their atomizers do not break - LIE. In fact, I already went back to the kiosk to ask for another atomizer and the POS salesman lied and told me that atomizers are $50 each, and that is 'cost' to him. He is full of it - atomizers should never retail for more than $10 bucks each. In fact, on SmokingEverwhere.com, they sell the atomizers for their cigs for a still overpriced $20 bucks. I would like to find-out the exact model number of SmokingEverywhere mini so I can buy replacement atomizers from another online vendor when mine finally die.

Anyway, I purchased the smokingeverywhere cigs in the beginning of october. I have since then bought a classic pen style and a 'great white' from Jane at E-Cig Sales. I heard about Jane from several members of this board; especially about her liquid, which is awesome. When I spoke to Jane on the phone, she seemed incredibly honest and forthcoming when it came to these devices. Just have a look at her website and you'll see her debunk several lies even in her product descriptions - lies about battery life, cart life, etc... I have been happy with Jane's products so far. And I now know that atomizers should be considered disposable, and I can order a new atomizer every month as mine die for 10 bucks each (Jane will probably sell me 5 atomizers for a discount two). Now, I'm not advocating for Jane. You can get the same products she sells from various online outlets. I'm just using her as an example of of a no-joke, no nonsense, honest reseller of these products. My atomizer was almost completely dead with my SmokingEverywhere mini; and it wasn't until I read posts on this forum that I realized methods for reviving dead atomizers (basically, you need to keep adding juice to the car, so as not to dry-out the fiber that sits inside the heat coil in the center of your atomizer; further, you can steam clean the atomizer with one of those handheld steamers that run for about $20 bucks on late-night infomercials).

sorry, I tend to digress. Anyway, back on subject - do NOT buy from smoking everywhere. The kisok owners/salesmen are bigtime liars and they think that customers such as you and I will never look online at sites like this to discover the truth, so they think they can feed us whatever misinformation/disinformation they want to.

I think my next purchase will be from LiteCig, or maybe ePuffer. I'm also considering a Ruyan Bling (a member Kate on this forum seems to love them). I also read today a post reply from Leaford (I think) where he states that the '2nd generation' of e-cigs should be out in the next couple of months. I can't wait for that...

HI jp guinness
I am not trying to promote a certain product nor am i affliated with anybody. I just wanted to put my two cents worth in on Jane at e cigs. I also purchased a penstyle and great white from her. And I agree she is completely honest and upfront on her website and in person she also called me. She is great, honest, and she also has free shipping love that lol. I never ordered anything from smokinganywhere.com so I cant speak of them. But I can speak of my experience of Janes site. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

And oh yes there is something you can do to get your money back. I hope this helps a lot of people.

I phoned them and was told NO REFUND. So I did some research and found out that first I contact the Better Business Bureau, then contact the Attorney General, also call your credit card company if you paid by credit card and find out if they have a bad product policy. Ours does. If they refuse to send the refund the credit card company will go after them.

The credit card company tols us to send them back by UPS along with a letter (keep a copy for yourself) of why you are returning them and that you want a full refund.

I also called them back and told them that I had contacted the BBB and that I would contact the Attorney General if I was not given a full refund, by the way when the gal got hateful, I ask to speak to a supervisor and explained all this to him. NOW DON'T TELL THEM ABOUT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY COMING AFTER THEM.

The supervisor agreed to give me a full refund after my threats to call the Attorney General but I don't have that in writing.

Anyway send the package, all of it, back my UPS and that way you can track to prove they got it. If they do not refund you within the week, contact your credit card company and they will get on it. It may take up to 60 days to get your card refunded but you will even if you have a card that insures purchases of bad products and they wind up re-emburshing you.

Hope this helps all. You can contact the main office in Florida by going to Smoking Everywhere and deal with them even if you bought it elsewhere.

Hello everyone, and thank you for this great place for information and camaraderie.

I have had the same pit-falls of the newbie as many here have had, SE 3.0. I had not heard of Vaping until I was in my local smoke shop and asked if there was anything new. The owner showed me an Electronic Cigarette called "NOVA Smoke." It was horribly expensive, but I had to give it a try being a smoker who has wanted and tried to quit many times. And, being a geek who loves gadgets I had to try it out. I must say, I do really like my little tiny e-cigarette, it kicks ..... I have no idea what the model number is, it does not show anywhere on the box or cig.

Anyway, I started to do some internet research, and unfortunately found the SE sites. I fell for it, bought one, and another of the same brand from an eBay seller. The one from the eBay seller arrived weeks faster, without any hassle, and worked. The one that just arrived yesterday (ordered weeks ago) from SE's website, arrived with at least one battery that will not charge, and vapor is whimpy. Haven't tested both batteries yet.

Luckily I did more research, watched great reviews on YouTube, and read reviews and opinions here and elsewhere. Bought a great KR808D-1 super travel kit from Vapor 4 Life, and it kicks! I have had great customer service also.

But, back to my little NOVA, does anyone know which eCig I'm referring to? I've been trying to identify it by looking at everyone's battery and atomizer set up but I'm just not sure. (I'll attempt to include the only photo I found) It is almost the exact size as a regular 100 analog cig., it's a 3 piece design and the carts are narrower in diameter than the SE 3.0. The closest I can compare the NOVA to is the EVO Atom from intellicig-USA. If anyone knows the model number I'd really appreciate the info. I hope to keep this little ecig a usable item since, for it's size, it produces quite a lot of vapor, and decent throat hit. Much, much better than my SE 3.0.

Thanks again for the wealth of information offered here. I plan to be around here a lot. And, the FDA can take my eCig when they can pry it from my from my cold dead fingers!

Ayi! Can't figure out how to upload a photo.

Hi im new to the site and new to vaping. I recently bought a DSE 901 (been using it for 5 days). Can anyone help. After inhaling the atomiser continues to heat up. I have taken out the cart when this happens and the atomiser is still glowing red, there is also a really plastic taste when this happens.

Appart form this I am getting on quite well, occasionaly it just ignores me. I inhale but no vapour, Im sure this is just a case of me getting into the way of using it, but it can be frustrating when really needing the nicotine.

Any hints tips as to what i'm doing wrong.

I'm not sure where to post this so i'v just dumped it here hope thats OK.

I was having the same problem and it turned out that I was out of juice in the cartridge. If you have liqhid juice, just put a few drops in the cartridge. If tha works then you are good to go. I found that the cartridges don't last near as long as the sales guy told me they would.

Thanks. I havent got any liquid juce but have orderd some from the wkd web site so should have it soon. I didnt know you could do that untill after i orderd my cig, lol. I have plenty of cartrages though so I will try changing them more often. I have found I am going through a lot but am hoping the liqid juce will be better. I am also finding the cartrages hard on my throat so hopefully the liqid will be a smother vape.

Am loving the whole concept though and will defo persavere.

Thanks for your advice it is very much appreciated.

Brand new here...but have been a stalker for a while :p

I bought a SmokingEverywhere e-cig. On Long Island...The sign reads smokeless-tobacco DOT com. I think it varies from sales person to sales person. I used to do sales, so i knew the scam, and make sure i got a lot for my money. My sales person DID NOT lie to me, amazingly. He told me that a cartridge for this device only lasts about 3/4 of a pack, which i've found to be acurate ( i have the gold mini device think)

He threw in free e-liquid...but now i know i can make it myself.

I play a lot of poker at casinos, and woman told me about smoking everywhere. After smoking for 39 years...she now only e-smokes.

We may hate the overpriced ness of it and the lies, however...it opens people's mind's to the IDEA of an alternate. I'm going to try another brand, but at least it's getting to the main stream. I actually can't wait to get paid tomorrow so I can order anothe version of the e-cig, but at least it opens people's minds. :0) Sry if I sound like a jerk, but I'm pufffing away right now on an e-cig, and so glad i don't need an ash tray.

I did the same - bought something called and icig at the smoke shop where I used to buy my cigs. Was it over priced? Yes. Did it work well? No. Did it open the way for me to explore, find this website and eventually get the 510, assessories, and yummy juices that allowed me to finally kick the cigs and - wait for it - NOT MISS THEM AT ALL? Absolutely! So I feel it was money well spent. Whatever gets us on this path is good in my eyes and I am grateful! So yay for icigs and smoking everywhere if they eventually lead us here! :D

Unfortunately we search for further info after purchasing the Smoking Everywhere in the mall. I feel so guilty; with tax I spent $217.00. I returned 19 days after and they happily gave me a new atomizer. Now I need another one. I was down to 2 real cigarettes a day. Now I'm smoking almost a pack again. My granddaughter will be devestated if I don't get something before I see her this weekend. She was with me in the mall and begged me to make the purchase. Anyway,...my bad.

Look at Cignot.com. Not only have I been treated to fast (super fast) service, I sent them my resume. Apparently they just hired a bunch of new help so they didn't want me. But this could mean faster shipping times for you. I was really impressed with them needless to say. They're based out of the Chicago 'burbs.
