I have a elderly friend who wants to try the ecig. She already smokes a lot. I let her try my Reo mini and she liked in fact she was vaping on it ALOT! But when she looked inside my Reo mini she was worried that filling the Reo mini would cause a mess because she can not see that well.

I explained to her they have different types of e cigs ranging from mods, to ones that look like cigarettes. I asked her what does she think she would be looking for. She said something simple, long lasting, not messy. I was thinking The GO-GO would be perfect for her. As far as it being simple and the least complicated.

Another think I would like to point out is that I live a good hr in a half away from her and she is trusting me to get her a e cig. Not just any e cig her one and only e cig!! She is sooo adorable!!

I told her I will be posting here on ECF to get other opinions as well, and I will be calling her tonight. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for this being so long. :)

I have no experience with the REO, but do love my GoGo. But the sight thing could be a concern. On the REO don't you mostly fill a small bottle and squonk every so often after installing it? The GoGo is great and really IS truly a model of simplicity of use. And the cartos are VERY easy to fill, either by dripping or syringe. But I'd say you need to be able to see this as much as you would anything else. Especially since you want to fill the large carto using something like 25 drops at a time, let it sit for a moment and then do it again until full (initially 90-100 drops and then about 50 drops thereafter).

Two options for this on the GoGo might be:

1) Buy prefilled cartos from Cigeasy...assuming she'll like the flavors and is willing to forgo the cost savings of filling her own.

2) Stand all 5 cartos on a piece of wax paper and fill them with no special regard to overfilling. Everything extra would drain out the bottom of the carto onto the wax paper. Then gather the wax paper and re-pour any excess back into the bottle, therefore reducing any possible waste.

Again, the GoGo carto is just about as easy as it gets, but only you would know how she might react to filling it. Try to imagine dripping from one bottle into another that has had it's dripper removed. If you think she can do that then the GoGo should not be a problem...at least IMO.

I got a GoGo for my friend's elderly dad and he does fine. But who knows? Tell ya what, if you get her a GoGo and she doesn't dig it I'll buy it from her, assuming nothing is broken

Thank you for your reply. The GO-GO is ordered. :)

I'm 70 and don't consider myself elderly but some might. lol It works great for me. Be sure to get her a soft rubber tip 801 whistle tip and then she will not have to mess with the little white cap when they refill. If you want PM me and I will send you one for free.
