Sounds really intelligent and positive. The problem I see though is that it is clearly a propaganda piece and it’s description of the legislation may be pure fiction.
I say this because it’s an internet only group with the budget to ape a news program AND the desire to do it. This really really could be pure fake news.

Hunter's H.R. 2194 is what many people would consider "reasonable" regulation, as opposed to the unreasonable, de facto ban that the the current Deeming under the TCA gives us. While it's far from ideal, it would be a huge improvement. However, with a whopping two co-sponsors, I don't think it's gonna get much traction.

Duncan Hunter's bill is the only proposal in Congress that can save the vaping industry, as it would repeal the FDA Deeming Rule for vapor products, prohibit FDA from regulating vapor products as tobacco products, and would establish reasonable and responsible standards for vapor products that the vast majority of manufacturers could comply with for several thousand dollars (to allow most vapor products to remain on the market in the future, to allow new and improved products to be introduced) for the future.
