I have an idea, this may be some what over the top but I think it has merit. What remains to be a slight bone of contention for me with E smoking is that lack of definition of "this cigarette is now finished and I have to put it out." How is this for an idea: LEDs like tiny diamantes down the shaft of the battery that light up upon the first puff of the ecig. Gradually these will go out one by one to symbolize the burning down of a normal cig, perhaps going out faster when the E cig is drawn upon to again represent the action of a real cigarette. This would look very cool if the LEDs were, say, blue on a black battery. I know what you guys are thinking...massive waste of battery. Still though, I had to mention it.

OH! And please give me a 901 in dark metallic purple. What a delight that would be!

I think the LED idea is good, but it would prob work on a timer idea ... Say for example, an avarage smoker takes 7 min to smoke a cig ... The led's would get less and less as time goes by ... What might be good aswell is if the e-cig switched its self of after 10 min and didnt let you smoke it again for say 30 min .....then when you went outside to have an e-smoke at work, after 10min you could go back inside and know you hade your smoke break lol ....Just a thought though cos i also sit for a long period of time vaping so i dont know if i would like a timer on my e-cig now .... mabey if it was their when i 1st started e-smoking it might have been diffrent ;)

Glad you guys like this idea. It seems that a lot of us vapers have a hard time knowing when to stop. Its hard to regiment your intake with the current status quo which I find especially frustrating seeing as making the switch from real cigarettes to e cigs involves so many psychological factors! I am currently working on a pseudo ashtray (aka vapetray/stashtray as dubbed by my friends!) just to give us that extra familiarity and don't think a pseudo lighter would be a bad idea either!

I really like the idea of the E cig "going out" after the last LED on the battery extinguishes. The annoyance of having a simple timer with no visual indicators would be those frustrating instances when you questioned whether the E cig had gone out OR died! Well, I hope if a company uses my idea they'll name it after me! haha!

I think I want to spruce up my 901 with a paint job something in tie-dye.
