Some questions and whatnot

I acquired a Smoke 51 Duo from a friend, bought the charger and some cartridges tonight and, of course, paid the same amount that I could have for a starter kit for a better e-cig. Oh well. Anyway, I was just curious if the cartridges for these could be bought cheaper on a different site or if I can get some of the fluid and put it in the cartridges I have. Also, when I screwed the cartridge on somewhat tight, it was harder to inhale, so I loosened it up slightly and it's easier. Is this a normal thing? Thanks!

It really depends on how much you bought the carts for. Normally they're gonna run you about 15 bucks for a package of 5. You're much better off buying 15 bucks worth of fluid and refilling, you will get way more than 5 cartridges worth. As for the second question it is normal for it to be easier to take a hit. When you loosened it up you are allowing more air to get in. It would be the same effect more or less as if you covered up the holes around the atty and then let it go. Perfectly natural

I concur, buy some juice and fill them yourself, check out yutube for some refilling vids. Raid3n is right, this is where the atty draws it's air.

Are your cartridges, 'cartridges' or 'cartomizers''? Cartomizers ecigs are 2 parts... unscrew and have 2 parts instead of 3 in your hand.

From how everyone is talking, sounds like you have cartomizers, sounding so expensive.
I didnt go to Smoke 51's site to look.
You can refill both, just cant refill cartomizers as much. They have an atomizer built in and are somewhat sealed.


If they arent, refilling is a breeze. Yank it off, take out filter, fill, replace filter. Enjoy

I believe they are the cartomizers. They just screw onto the battery and I can't slide or remove any parts of it.

Also, it took about 4 hours for my battery to charge last night after I bought the charger. Should I wait for the battery to completely die before charging again or is it okay for me to plug it in so I can have it for tonight?

In *most* PVs its ok to recharge before they drain out completely.
