Some questions for reo vets

Looking for usage instructions for a reo mini that I luckily got in a trade. So far it's working wonderfully but just wanna make sure I'm doing it right. Right now I am pressing the bottle and sucking a lurks through the atty drip tip combo. Is this the correct way or do you just push the bottle with no suction? What is the most effective way you have found? Also are Attys easier then cartos? And if using cartos what the procedure then? Thanx guys. New to reos and so far totally the best I've owned.

Squonking (that's what we call it) can be done several ways. One is to "blind squonk" which is lightly pressing the bottle while you suck on it until you feel a little resistance, or hear a gurgle. Another way is to lightly press the bottle and watch for a tiny bit of liquid to just begin to show at the holes in the catch cup, then release (the liquid will be drawn back).

If you are experienced with dripping, attys are easy. You just squonk when you would have dripped. If you are used to cartos, then the REO makes it a cinch to keep the carto fed. One of our carto users is bound to give you some specifics.

i actually had a hard time with this at first lol, but i found the blind squonk the best. as stated already i start sucking through the drip tip first, then i lightly squeeze the bottle until i feel that "resistance" through the drip tip then let go immediately.

watch out when you're bottle inside is completely full though, i tend to flood if i press too hard

Awesome guys! I've had sooooo many mods from the most expensive to cheapest home made and this by far is the most convenient consistent vape I've had. Loving it so far. Tried the standard squonk but mine seems to suck the juice back too fast for it to saturate the atty. Doing the blind squonk and so far so good.

the standard squonk is good too, but the key is when you release, do a quick "suck" on your drip tip, to get the juice in your atomizer

Awesome guys! I've had sooooo many mods from the most expensive to cheapest home made and this by far is the most convenient consistent vape I've had. Loving it so far. Tried the standard squonk but mine seems to suck the juice back too fast for it to saturate the atty. Doing the blind squonk and so far so good.

I've also noticed that I have to press less/more depending on how full my juice bottle is... less in bottle, hard squonk... more in bottle, less squonk..

So any tips on getting rid of a mint flavor that seems to be stuck in the intake tube/atty connector? Got this 2nd hand in trade and I'm guessing someone liked menthol. I don't and would love to get rid of that flavor. Do they sell new tubing for the bottle intake at all? Tanx.

When I got my first Reo I looked like an idiot squeezing the bottle and wait for the liquid to come out of the holes and then took a dry hit to get the juice up the atty. Now all I do is squeeze and take a "dry hit" at the same time and boom keep on vaping.

1. Remove battery and atomizer
2. Fill your bottle to the brim with PGA and install it in your Reo
3. Fill your reservoir with PGA
4. Squeeze the bottle a bit so air is forced out and PGA is sucked back down the tube
5. Top off your reservoir with PGA
6. Let it sit for as long as you can stand to
7. Discard the PGA, blow out tube & bottle with canned air
8. Swab the reservoir and atomizer connector with a q-tip
9. When everything is clean and dry, reload with juice, atomizer, & battery
10. Vape coma

You don't need new tubing. Take off your atty, take off your batt and bottle, turn on the hot water and run the REO under the hot water atthe atty connection...water will flush through the tubing. Just run it for a little while, then let it dry. You can also flush it with alcohol. If the flavor lingers, remove and wash the o-ring in the bottle cap.

Awesome mate! Thank you. I knew shouldn't have quit drinking. Anything else work cides everclear? Bad idea for me to have that laying around lol. I'll end up in a real come not just a vape induced one.

Check your local drug store, walmart, etc. for the strongest concentration of isopropyl alcohol available. I buy 91% at our local CVS, but if 99% is available, even better. The alcohol drys pretty quickly and the higher the %, the less impurities you have to worry about. It's pretty cheap, too.

I wouldn't let it sit in an immersion bath, but that probably more me than being something that would hurt the REO. I don't worry about getting other parts wet, I clean it once a week and rinse it inside and out. Then I clean the firing pin and catch cup with a Q-Tip, add a dab of noalox to the firing pin, and it's good to go.

I have a LR attie on my Reo right now. But I do use cartomizers. I usually fill them first, then just blind squonk every now and then. I have, a few times, like when on a road trip, filled a new cargo just by blind squonking. It does take a while, but is easy to do while driving.

You could always buy a black door, silver and black is an awesome combo, or maybe someone with a black door would trade for your red one.
